Sandy Toes is nestled in the highly desired town of Blue Mountain Beach. This area has great entertainment, restaurants, shopping and the beach all within a few minutes! Tucked back in a private drive just north of 30A, you will find this beautiful beach sanctuary! This 2-bed, 2-bath sleeps a total of 6 guests, making it perfect for a small family or group of friends! Whatever may suit you best, Sandy Toes has your answer for a Perfect Vacation Getaway on 30A!

As you enter there is an open concept living room with a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, and dining seating right off the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a bathroom and laundry room. Through the laundry room you have access to the beautiful outside patio that is paved and perfect for grilling out and hosting outdoor lunch or dinner parties. Traveling upstairs you will find the first bedroom room with a Queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and private balcony with seating for you to relax and enjoy the gulf coast breeze. The additional guest room is just across the hall, sleeping a King-sized bed with flat screen tv. Both bedrooms on the second floor share the full bathroom. If you are looking to sleep additional guests, the living room sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper. All you need for a perfect beach vacation is right here at Sandy Toes! Whether it's for a weekend getaway, long break, or winter escape, you'll be sure to love every second!

What should I do in Paradise?
1. We recommend renting bikes from Paradise30A and riding down 30A to Gulf Place, Grayton Beach, or Seaside
2. Bike through the trails and explore the hidden secrets of 30A
3. Take your family to Gulf Place and enjoy shopping, dining, and catch a concert from the outdoor green
4. Get ice-cream and the famous Blue Mountain ice-cream shop
5. Enjoy some of the world's most beautiful beaches

2. The beach access is off Old Blue Mountain road just a few minutes from the house
3. Rent bikes, stand up paddle boards, or golf carts

What else do I need to know?
1. Sandy Toes is in one of the most coveted spots located right off 30A
2. Sandy Toes offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating and additional bar seats at the kitchen
3. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement, pay 50% at the time of booking and 50% prior to arrival.

5. There is no cable at this property, only streaming service

Cute place! The walk to the beach is a hike but you can drive and park closer or would recommend renting golf cart. Beds plush and comfy! MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hi Stacey! We are glad you found the place just as cute as we do and that you were able to achieve a good night's rest on the bedding. We know the weather is hot out on the beach so even a ~10-minute walk to the beach can seem like a bit of a hike! Hopefully, you were still able to enjoy each day on the emerald water! And we appreciate you mentioning that future guests can easily make that route more convenient by driving and parking closer or even renting a golf cart or bicycle to get to the beach. Quant and comfortable
While the home was a little older and the neighborhood wasn't quite as nice as we were expecting, this rental had everything we needed. Despite lots of rain, winds and even a tornado, it was a comfortable place to rest and relax with family. The outdoor living space was not usable because all of the furniture was soaked. The home was nicely decorated and was close to the beach. We preferred driving over to the Grayton beach shuttle due to limited parking at the beaches. We did have a very nice getaway at Sandy Toes.
