This comfortable 3bdr/1ba home is nearby Donner Park, downtown Columbus, the new Nexus Park Sport and Recreation Facility, and Cummins Engine Company HQ. It is 1040 sq ft. and includes a spacious living room and kitchen with eat-in dining area. There is also a desk for remote working. The home features a private backyard and is great for family gatherings or just relaxing. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
**A SMALL STEP REQUIRED TO ENTER THE HOME.**
SLEEPING AREAS:
Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed
Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed
Bedroom 3 with (2) twin-size beds
COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen with all your cooking needs, dining area, living room, family room, fully stocked laundry room, redone backyard with privacy fence, hair dryer, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
 
PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles plus street parking.
ENTERTAINMENT:
55` HD SmartTV in living room. Streaming apps available (please bring your own passwords)

PETS:
Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only (max of 2) are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet if required. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
 
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
LONG TERM STAYS: We offer discounts for longer term stays. Contact us for details!
If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near Brown County State Park, Lake Monroe reservoir, and other local attractions. If you are going to be travelling around southern Indiana while in the area don't forget to visit some other well known attractions such as the French Lick Scenic Railway, West Baden Springs Hotel, Marengo Cave, and Clifty Falls Park in Madison.

- Operating a nude or topless dancing;

Groups will have access to all areas of the home. You also have access to the laundry room if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. However, there is public transportation in Columbus and the bus does near the home. Feel free to ask about distances, and we can let you know average drive times.

50% plus refundable damage deposit due 15 days before arrival
We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.
