Welcome to Aqua Inala, Wombarra, a brand-new, architecturally designed beachside haven. Just steps from Wombarra Beach and Rockpool, this stunning retreat invites you to unwind in effortless coastal luxury.
Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The open-plan living area is a masterpiece of modern design, boasting expansive glass doors that flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking ocean views.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Wombarra Beach, located in NSW, is a narrow 250m long beach fronting the slopes that lead up to the lovely small town. Wombarra is located 66km south of Sydney via the M1 Princes Motorway, exiting at Stanwell Tops to Lawrence Hargrave Drive (where our home is located). The Rural and residential suburb of Wombarra is 20 kilometres north of Wollongong and gets its name from an Aboriginal word meaning 'Black Duck'. Today its major features include Wombarra Beach and Wombarra Ocean Pool. Wombarra is one of the many coastal towns you can visit along the spectacular Grand Pacific Drive.
Nestled just moments from the pristine Wombarra Beach and its stunning ocean rock pool, Aqua Inala, Wombarra is a brand-new, architecturally designed holiday home offering the ultimate coastal escape. This exquisite retreat is perfect for families or groups of up to six guests, combining modern luxury with breathtaking surroundings.
Step inside and experience light-filled, open-plan living spaces designed for effortless entertaining. The central entertaining areas, including a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, flow seamlessly to the outdoors, where you’ll find a sleek lap pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. With three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, this home provides the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*No Pets Allowed
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) legislation, we will require a Guest Agreement to be signed upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Auth form to address potential damages during your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*We have a portacot and highchair at the home, however, we do not provide the linen for the portacot. Please BYO!
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
