Enjoy this spotless beach home, located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the ferry, grocery stores, beaches, boardwalks, and biking trails! Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, a screened in Florida room plus a deck off of the back (with seating) for your outdoor grilling...all within the privacy of the fully fenced in backyard. One car garage to store your beach stuff and bikes along with a washer/dryer for your convenience as well. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee makers, stand mixer, and all of the serving ware you could use. Bedding, towels, and all linens included for your convenience. Driveway parking for two cars plus FREE street parking in front of the house if needed.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful home in a perfect location. The house was very clean and decorated very nice. The host responded very quickly to any of my questions. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Cape May.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable for our family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and a short car ride to the area beaches. Check-in/Check-out was easy and we had good communication from the owner. Highly recommended!

Wedding weekend

Our stay at this lovely home was a perfect ending to a perfect wedding for our family. It was immaculately, clean, well stocked beautifully organized, and had many amenities that we do not normally see in other spaces. Many many personal touches. We felt and we ran a safe neighborhood, it was quiet and very well-maintained. Close to many of the beach town resources put far enough away to feel like home.

Relaxing August Stay

My family and I throughly enjoyed this property in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from the heart of Cape May. The owners thoughtfully provided bunk beds, books and toys for kids, linens, towels, beach supplies and kitchen items. It made for a relaxing and easy home base to spend time in between adventures out and about in Cape May and the surrounding areas. We would definitely rent this home again!

Celebrating life and the bonds of sisterhood in Cape May!

This home is beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable and accommodating. It is very organized and there are many special touches throughout, including a greeting binder that lists relevant details and helpful suggestions for your stay. The host supplies everything that is needed and is very responsive to any questions. We would definitely rent this home again. Julie, thank you and your lovely mother for providing the perfect setting for my sister-friends and I to create another special memory and shared experience, spending time together celebrating life and the bonds of sisterhood.

Great stay!

This was our second summer in a row staying at Julie’s house. We had a great time again! The house is clean and tidy. We appreciate all of the toys and books for our little ones. The house is just a ten minute drive to the beach/downtown. Also, a good location for getting to the wildwood boardwalk. We hope to visit again!!!

Very Accommodating & Clean

Our family traveled from So Cal for my sons Coast Guard bootcamp Graduation. This home was homey, clean and had everything needed in a home. Property Manager was more than accommodating and pleasant. Thank you, Julie our time there was soo wonderful!

Fantastic location in cape may

We had a wonderful time at Julie’s property. Check in was seamless. Julie was was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The home has everything you could possibly need and then some. It’s clean, modern and beautiful. The location is great with it being only minutes to the beach.

Absolutely perfect weather and place to relax. A short drive to the beach. The house was immaculate- everything was modern. Spacious bedrooms, open space and nice (4) Season room. There is no doubt we’ll be back.

Perfect get away!

The house was absolutely perfect- exactly how it is described and photographed. The host has everything there that you need, which I wasn’t expecting. Personal touches everywhere which were so great, and my daughter friend and I all loved. Thank you again ! We will definitely come back!

Fantastic vacation place!

My family absolutely loved our stay at your home. Beautiful, very clean and adorably decorated! The home had everything we needed - the owners thought of everything! Great location- short drive to amazing beaches! Our favorite was LeHigh beach near the Lighthouse. It was like our own private beach - clean, quiet & perfect place to swim & watch the dolphins! You have to rent bikes at Shore Bike Rentals- great, affordable bikes & the owners were so kind & helpful & you’ll love the beautiful bike paths! Shopping on Washington Street is a must followed by a cool cocktail on the lawn of Congress Hall Hotel! I advise you order some fresh seafood at H & H and grill it up back at the house! Can’t go wrong! All in all - excellent vacation!! We are already planning our return trip!! Kathleen R.

Perfect place for the weekend

We needed a place in a hurry after the death of my mother-in-law, who lived in the neighborhood. With family members traveling in from several states, we needed the room for my immediate family and to host everyone for a meal. The kitchen is large and easy to move around in when cooking. The large kitchen island doubles as a big table that comfortably seats 12 to 14 people. It is well-lighted and easy to see. The kitchen is also well-stocked for cooking. My brother-in-law prepared a large meal and said it was an easy kitchen to work in. The property was immaculate, and you could tell it had been recently remodeled. It is bright and roomy. The colors work great. There are plenty of outlets and USB outlets to charge your devices. The WiFi is fast. The beds are comfortable also. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The sunroom would be nice during warm weather, along with the outdoor patio. February wasn't the time for us to enjoy them, but they did look great. It's hard to see anyone being unhappy with this home.

Awesome Trip!!

Everything was perfect! The host was great communicating prior to booking during booking and even when we were at the home. Home was clean and full of pretty much everything you would need. Location was awesome - pretty much 10 minutes or less to every local spot. Neighborhood was nice any quiet!

My husband, four kids, and myself are always counting down our time until we get to spend time at this home away from home of ours! Originally from Cape May, we now spend most of our year teaching in Arizona but enjoy coming back to Cape May during a large part of our summer break. We are sure that you will fall in love with the convenience of such a low maintenance home away from home as well!

We love how new and updated everything is. From the built in entryway bench with coat hooks and cubbies above to the barn doors in the master bath and closet. There is so much natural sunlight and the back porch is so welcoming for morning coffee or afternoon crafts for the kids. The outdoor shower makes coming back from the beach so much easier to get the sand off outside and keep all of our beach gear in the garage without worrying about the mess.
