The tiny house is nestled near a quaint village boasting a supermarket, a historic Roman site, and scenic hiking trails for adventurous exploration. Nearby lie the charming towns of Limoges and La Souterraine, along with the city of Châteauroux, accessible via a picturesque route winding through the villages of Celon and Saint-Marcel.

It's a 221-square-foot tiny home surrounded by trees, with easy access to water, split-air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (electric-heated for hot showers). There are two tiny houses on the property.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding 1000 square meters of land, except for the private neighboring residences in the area.

If you're traveling in groups or exceeding 2-persons, setting up a tent is optional and subject to an additional charge.

- Pets are allowed with prior notice.
- Breakfast is available at an additional cost.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
- No smoking inside the tiny house, designated smoking area is available.
- Charcoal and Gas BBQ available with prior notice.
- There are two tiny houses on the property.
- Vodafone and Orange S.A. have good signals, while the rest are weak.
- Check-in is from 4 PM. Early check-in may be available depending on availability. Please contact the host in advance to inquire.
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings.
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests.
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Important note:

- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly.
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
