Koti valmistui keväällä 2008, istua näkymät Ranskan laajat River w / panoraamanäkymät Mt. Mitchell toisella puolella ja Mt. Pisgah toisaalta puoli tuntia pohjoiseen Asheville. Tämä on täydellinen päästä pois kaiken kohde, mutta se on vain 10 minuutin päässä läänin istuin Marshall ja 15 täyden palvelun ruokakauppa.

Koti istuu yli 20 aaria, joka tarjoaa paljon tilaa patikointiin. On 3 kerrosta (4200+ neliöjalkaa) majoittaa perhejuhliin ja oli ammattimaisesti sisustettu mukavuutta ja ylellisyyttä mielessä.

Oleskeluhuone pohjassa tasolla baari ja biljardipöytä, sekä 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 täyttä kylpyammeet (master w / poreallas ja kävellä suihku) w / lattialämmitys ja pesukone / kuivuri. Alakerrassa on keittiö, pesutupa, suuri huone, mestari sänky / kylpy poreallas, kävellä suihku ja kannen. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta (yksi kuningas, muut w / 2 tuplaa) plus kylpyamme ja toimisto. 7 henkilöä kylpytynnyri ja 2 ruokapöydät kannella nauttia yksi sellainen näkymät vuorille ja Ranskan Leveä joki.

Mountain Home

Beautiful Vista in a quite mountain surrounding made it easy to recharge. Situated in the quaint town of Marshall and with easy access to Ashville close by for entertainment, made this location a prime vacation spot.

Family Stay

We really enjoyed the house and location. Communication with Joan was fantastic, she was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to our questions as we prepared for the trip. Loved the house, it has an amazing view and back deck overlooking the river.

Amazing place to stay.

The property is as described. Plenty of room for our group. Magnificent views from the house. Joan was quick to respond to any questions. Joan provided plenty of information on the area to help us plan our stay. I would stay again- considering a family trip next.

Beautiful Property!

The house was perfect, and clean. woody and Joan were great communicators and the property was just the right size for 12 people. The only complaint the we had was the trek through the driveway was a little unexpected! Even with the directions it took a couple tries to get comfortable. Please go slow, some of the potholes are deeper than they look. Also pay attention to the weather. There are a few spots that end up being more mud than gravel. Also due to the house being on its own wells and septic the water smells a little sulfury, but nothing that’s unexpected or uncomfortable. Overall the property was great, the hosts were great and we would love to come back again!

The Views are Amazing

For the first time in 20 years, I was able to get all four of our kids and several grandkids together in one place at one time. Overall, the place was wonderful and provided us with a great Christmas gathering. The views are amazing. The biggest problem was with the "queen bed" in the office. It is a fold out sofa that does not support the mattress. Our 31-year-old son and his wife used that room and had a terrible first night after a very long drive. They didn't want to say anything at first, but when he did, I was shocked at the condition of the fold out sofa. The mattress does not stay up in the frame at the end. The next night, we tried the air beds found in one of the closets. The queen size air bed did not hold air at all. We left a note on this bed so the maintenance people could get it replaced before anyone else tried to use it. There were two camper style air beds that needed some special attachment to inflate, but there was no attachment with them. They ended up sleeping on the floor. The other issue was with the main level TV. We put some batteries in one of the remotes and were able to turn the TV on and off and one of the kids figured out how to change channels, but there was no way to change the volume. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this VRBO. The rooms are spacious and other than the office, the beds were fine. The property was very clean. The kitchen was large enough for several cooks to work at once. The road is passible.

This is the second time that my group of friends has stayed in this cabin over New Year’s. We’ve come back because the place is great. The view is amazing. There were 3 families. There was plenty of room for all the kids. 4 families would fit as long as kids can share rooms. We had young children , so that was difficult. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lots of counter space. Everything worked the way it should. The only tough part is the drive up. However, the owners gave very specific instructions, and once you’ve done it there’s no problem. I would recommend getting there in the daylight for a first time. If you’re looking for a great view in a house that can hold up to 4 families then this is your place!

The views were the best part. I couldn't stop taken pictures. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything you need. The road is a little tight. Just hope you don't meet anyone coming the other way. Woth the journey for the privacy and the views though.

A beautiful home

Perfect space for our group! Kitchen was functional for the size of our group, bedroom layout was great for multiple families, everyone enjoyed the game room/bar and the multiple outdoor seating arrangements. The space was extremely clean knowing pets are regularly visiting. Very pleased with the fact that paper products and all linens were provided. Gorgeous view all day, but perfect sunrises and sunsets. Extremely happy with this property and with the communication from the host! Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week together at Riversky. We did have some issues with the A/C early on but were able to fix the problem while the owners wait fora part for a permanent fix. The view just can’t be beat!! Watching the fog roll in and out over the mountains was incredible!!

Such a beautiful place! Our family vacation was amazing, they had almost everything we could need just in the cabin alone! Our family loved it and it was just enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time together. I will say the road up there isn’t as bad as some made it seem but it was super fun using/looking for the “landmarks” provided from owners with the kids to help us make our way up! I will say my only complaint would be some of the blinds had clumped up bugs stuck in webs on them when rolled up but I honestly wouldn’t think anything of it because you’re in the mountains were bugs are natural to gather. Super easy and thankful for the communication with Joan and my kids loved the cabin so much they wanted to leave them a note and it was so sweet of them to respond to it. Most definitely will be returning again. This cabin will always hold a special place in our families hearts!

Lots of Space

Pros: Large house, hot tub worked well, somewhat secluded, large kitchen, nice deck space , plenty of bedrooms/ bathrooms, two washer/ dryer sets Cons: Outside grill needs to be discarded- it was almost unusable Disappointed with note telling us not to use the wood-burning fireplace - no reason given Directions to house cumbersome- too many extraneous details

We looked for property after our daughter gave her dad a rafting trip down the French Broad River for his birthday, and he noticed there were no homes overlooking it. The guide remarked that the reason for that lack was there were few roads leading to an overlook. By coincidence an out of town friend remarked that he had a friend living in Marshall who wanted to sell some land. Long story short it was perfect - the property already had a road and a breathtaking view, so here we are with our bit of heaven.
