This entirely remodeled 2-bedroom apartment will offer you all the advantages of being in a prime location of the city: only a one-minute walk to the beaches (literally) and just a couple minutes more to get to the seafront restaurants and the points of interests in the center of town (including its trendy bars and cafes!)

**The apartment features the following:**

A new look, freshly decorated with upscale and refined materials, so you will feel like at home (and like a King) during your stay away from your own home.
A versatile living room with a lounge area featuring a sofa and a flat-screen TV, and a study area with a desk, just in case you need to really check those emails or if you are here for business.
Let's not forget the meals: there is a dining area as well, with a dining table for 4.
An open-floor kitchen with all you will need to cook local dishes (or just re-heat take-out) including a super-duper fridge, an oven that cooks everything and a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) if you just want to make great coffee.
A full bathroom with a shower, beautiful tile work and toilets, all in one place.
Let's not forget about sleeping: there are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single bed. One of them also has a TV set (that's the Chef's surprise!)

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator.

**LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:**

After just a few steps down your street, the Rue Jean Dollfus, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within only a few minutes on foot (or more if you decide to walk on your hands):

Stroll along the beaches and either stop at a cafe to sip a cocktail, or savor some tapas, or just get a sun-tan until you are medium-well (just 1 minute away literally).
Explore the medieval Suquet district of Cannes and go taste some Latin-American tapas at the Loka Bar Kitchen or go have a drink at Charly’s wine bar (3 to 5 minutes) .
Go empty you bank account in the many upscale boutiques of the famous and trendy Rue d'Antibes (9 to 10 minutes to walk there, maybe more to empty your bank account, depending on its size).
Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or go to work if you are here for a trade show (less than 12 minutes away, even if you hate going to work there).

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
