Recently renovated, our space offers a private entrance, huge windows, high ceilings, cozy fireplace and 2 stylish bedrooms with comfortable queen and full double beds. You will love the convenience and comfort of our space. Enjoy direct access to the backyard. With a convenient driveway parking spot.
Located on a quiet street surrounded by Estates Homes and steps away from the ridge, Bow River, pathways and green space, with nearby playground for kids to enjoy.
You’re just steps away from plaza, Sobeys grocery store, restaurants, and the World's largest Seton YMCA with a waterpark and Hospital.
—The WALKOUT BASEMENT SUITE also features a fully equipped kitchenette with a LG refrigerator, LG microwave, portable induction cooktop, toaster, electric kettle , slow cooker , air fryer , coffee machine and all dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses , plenty of storage space.
