✱✱ The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
✱✱ Miami has a tropical climate, which means insects and small lizards are common. Keeping doors closed helps minimize their presence. While we do our best to reduce contact, spotting one does not constitute grounds for a refund or complaint.
✱✱ Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time.
✱✱ The property owner and HostyMosty are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, guests assume all associated risks.

✱✱ Security cameras are located outside the home for guest safety. Tampering, covering, or moving them without consent will result in a $100 fine.
