The neighbors' farm is 150 m before reaching the gîte. The rural road which passes behind the property serves a single house located 300 m higher; this path is a hiking trail. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the sites of the Vézère Valley including the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac, the National Museum of Prehistory in Les Eyzies de Tayac 30 km away.. without forgetting the visit to Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage or the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Museum of Medicine) 25 km away.
