Please Note: Dog Friendly~with $250 NR pet fee per dog. If you do not add the pet fee of $250/per pet ($150 for additional pet/s) in the quote, then the quote will need to be readjusted. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc., that will need to be returned with our lease. Pet damages/extra cleanup (cleaning & yard) will be covered under VRBO damage waiver. Pet addendum will be sent with lease and will need to be returned to Crowley.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once they have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Linens are not provided at this property, so you will need to bring sheets & bath sets. Ask your agent for linen company options in our area.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
