I hope you have a wonderful stay at Crown Tower in Surfers Paradise. We're excited to offer you a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. Our games room is perfect for indoor entertainment, while our BBQ area is great for outdoor gatherings. Take a dip in our heated indoor pool or our lagoon pool, or let the kids splash around in our heated outdoor kids' pool with a pirate ship and waterslide. Our children's play area provides a safe and fun environment for your little ones.
Relax and rejuvenate in our indoor and outdoor spa, sauna, or gym. We hope you enjoy your time with us!
This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 2 and can host a maximum of 4 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 inseparable single beds)
- 1 living room with a smart TV, a double-size sofa bed, and a dining area
(sofa bed bedding will be provided at extra cost)
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony with outdoor furniture
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions in all rooms
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Please note that there is currently a construction site next to the building, and some noise may be present during the day. Closing the windows can help minimise the impact.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip in GC.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Guests are kindly requested to ensure all personal belongings, such as clothing, jewellery, electronics, and other valuables, are collected prior to check-out. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering any items left behind, due to operational and procedural limitations, we cannot guarantee that all lost items can be recovered. If items are located and returned, guests may be responsible for any related postage or delivery costs. Lost items are generally retained for a limited period in accordance with our standard procedures, after which unclaimed items may be disposed of or handled appropriately.
