Experience luxury and convenience in this upscale 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, perfectly situated just steps from the pool and beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private patio, the patio has direct access to the pool and lounge area. The modern kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating. The spacious living room opens to a private balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The condo features a King Master suite, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and an additional queen bed in the third bedroom. Guests have full access to the unit, pool, barbecue area, and beach5. Hosts are nearby and available for any assistance.

Located in the serene Indian Shores neighborhood, you’ll have easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. A convenient bus and trolley service runs along the beaches all day.

Great ocean-view condo!

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and felt it was well worth the cost. The unit was exceptionally clean and stocked with every amenity you could possibly need, which made our time there even more enjoyable.There are just a couple of areas where we saw room for improvement. First, the third bedroom was noticeably warm. With the AC required to stay at 72 degrees or higher, we weren’t able to cool that room down—even with the ceiling fan on and the door open.Secondly, we had an uncomfortable interaction with the property manager. Upon returning from the beach, we were approached with a violation notice for hanging towels over the back patio railing. While we understand the rules, the manner in which it was handled felt inappropriate. The property manager appeared to be waiting for us to return and came up behind me as I was entering the keypad code, which felt intrusive and unsettling. A simple note on the door would have sufficed and been much more respectful.

Indian Rock Beach is Awesome

First time that our family vacationed on the Gulf Coast of Florida...and we loved it! The condo was beautiful and fit all our needs. We loved being on the first-floor condo...at pool level and so close to the beach. The owners were so personable and accessible. Can't wait to come back again.

Many Conveniences

The condo was in great condition. Everything was updated in this place which made everything look nice and relaxing. We have 3 small kids ages ranging 2-5. We picked up our groceries on the way to the condo from the airport. Daniel accommodated our early check in which was crucial. Daniel was excellent to work with and answered any questions promptly. The amount of beach stuff available was extra helpful in making our stay wonderful: wagon, chairs, sand toys, umbrella, cooler, and towels. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Family getaway

The property was well maintained, very comfortable. Easy access to pool and beach. Lots of places nearby to eat, shop Sightsee. Would definitely recommend this property

Great Condo!

Excellent communication, superb cleanliness, great location. We had 4 adults and 4 children ages 15,11,8&4. All the kids were happy and enjoyed the beach, pool & condo!

We had the best stay at the condo! The condo is beautifully appointed and in the perfect location (being right on the pool deck). Everything was easily accessible and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!
