The open modern living area has large windows that let in the bright Florida sun and gives guests a relaxing place to connect with friends and family or have a movie night. Additionally, the living space opens up to the screen-in patio with stunning views of the canal for guests to enjoy while relaxing and discussing Anna Maria Island activities. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space for making homemade island-inspired meals and snacks for the beach. Guests can enjoy a quick bite to eat at the kitchen island and enjoy homemade meals and the best Anna Maria Island take-out at the dining table. In addition to the indoor dining area, there is an outdoor dining table under the covered patio and a firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows.

Catch up on much-needed sleep in the primary bedroom, which radiates luxury and has stunning views of the Florida landscaping. The primary ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower perfect for refreshing after a long day of Anna Maria Island adventures. Guests in the second bedroom will rest easy to the sound of the palm trees swaying and have ample space for their favorite vacation outfits. The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect if you’re traveling with multiple families. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
