Good house - with some issues
The house was perfect for what we needed it for. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - and enough linens for our group.
We did have issues with the wifi, oven and fireplaces. I contaced the management company and received no response on the wifi (we found a second router and used that info instead of what was provided via the app and the customer service rep). The oven was repaired by the management company, but only because the CSR put that there was a gas leak on the property and it escalated the ticket. We inquired about getting the upstairs fireplace to work, and were told he would be back or someone else would contact me about repairing - there was no further contact. My husband ended up figuring it out and making it work. We had to call customer service again about the downstairs fireplace, but while on the phone, my husband again figured it out. There is no thermostat downstairs, so make sure the vents are open.
The kitchen had plenty of silverware, pots, pans, and dishes. The outdoor grill worked great.
Upon arrival the waterlines all ran rusty water for a bit, and the toilet bowls also had a bit of rust and floating sedament in them.
The location was close enough to town for our event and we enjoyed the secluded area. Take note that house is up hill from the main road with minimal space to turn around. The driveway has trees on either sides. My husband had to back our 48' truck and enclosed trailer up the drive to ensure we could just drive back out.
