THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- 24/7 Front desk and Security;

- Free grab and go breakfast;
-There are 2 pools (heated) on the property from 8 AM-10 PM;
-Gym is open 24 hrs;
- Weekdays: 6:30 AM-9:30 AM;
- Weekends: 7 AM-10 AM;
- Housekeeping is offered for guests staying 4 nights.
- Dogs and cats are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $75 per night for the first three nights, free thereafter (up to a max of $225). An extra charge applies for any pet damage. Maximum pet weight is 25 lbs, and only one pet is allowed per room;
- Private parking is available (parking slot reservation is not required in advance) and costs USD 17 plus tax per day. Trailer parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that only one trailer per reservation is allowed. The current fee for the trailer space is $25, but this rate is subject to change.

DOCKS & MARINA:
There are public docks across the street from the property as well as a public "Deep Blue" marina at the back of the property. The marina is not associated with the property but is just steps away and may be used by guests. Please inquire with them directly to get the rates.
