Our professional housekeeping team will ensure the apartment is immaculate upon your arrival and departure, so you can focus on enjoying your time in Paris.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, please confirm availability 24 hours prior, and applicable charges may apply.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided there are no damages.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge of €90.
A fee of €450 will be charged for cigarette smell post-stay.
The extra key service is available exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys left on the door or inside the apartment may result in fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Please refrain from leaving keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect your neighbors' peace and quiet to avoid deductions from your deposit.
Be mindful of any construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Special Bookings and Events:
For unique services or events, please seek pre-approval. Deposits are required for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings.
