Modern Oasis with Pool in the Valley of the Sun

Recently remodeled ranch-style home in the heart of Tempe provides the perfect launching pad for exploring all that the Valley of the Sun has to offer. The house is set on a quiet street with a recently refinished pool and backyard that provide a peaceful retreat, while still being close to everything fun and wonderful that Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer.

The space
All the comforts of home! Each bedroom offers memory foam mattresses and smart TVs. Modern kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials you will need including a dishwasher, filtered water/ice maker, margarita machine and keurig
and coffee pot, depending on your preference (coffee grinder also available), overlooking the living room with a 65" TV / media center. Game room off the pool has darts, poker table, Golden Tee arcade game, board games and TV over the fireplace. The newly resurfaced pool and pool deck have comfortable patio furniture, loungers with table / umbrella & a fire pit to make the beautiful AZ weather even more enjoyable. There is also a whole-home water filtration system and washer/dryer available for your use.

Guest access
The front door has an electronic keypad. A personal code will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note
No cable TV, however the TVs in both the living room, the game room and all bedrooms are Smart TVs that include Netflix & Hulu.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Pool has no safety barrier. Guests must exercise extreme caution around the pool and no glass permitted near the pool. All guests swim at own risk.

Noise/patio curfew is 10 PM. We live in a quiet neighborhood and expect our guests to show respect for the neighbors as well as the property.

Late check-outs past 10 AM will penalized, unless pre-agreed to in writing.

From the moment we entered until the moment we left, this home was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable and well supplied with items needed in a home. The backyard area was nicely furnished and the pool was a delight and frequently used. The location was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and ASU. The owner always quickly responded to my concerns. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Tempe.

This home is a gem!

I met my sister and mother in Phoenix for a few days to celebrate my mom's birthday and we were thrilled to be in a home as lovely as this one. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and well-appointed with more than you'll need. It felt like a home away from home. Felicia was very responsive and kind. Would love to come back!

Like a Good Friend’s House

Staying here felt like staying at a good friend’s house. It was clean and nicely decorated, with a cabinet full of board games and everything we needed to enjoy our downtime. The backyard was beautiful and the grill was great. We had four adults and two kids and this was plenty of space. We loved staying here!

Wonderful property. I have rented many VRBO homes and this is the most thoroughly and thoughtfully provisioned one yet. Every feature is as advertised and the backyard and patio area by the pool is terrific. Very convenient to shopping and dining and the airports. Felicia was a pleasure to communicate with as well. Beautiful home

Our 3 night stay in this home was amazing, everything the listing said and more! Felicia keeps the home stocked with anything you may need and was very friendly and helpful in the booking process. The home was clean and comfortable and the pool was amazing! Had everything we could have needed for a weekend away. Location was easy to get to and near by restaurants and shopping.

Great President Weekend

This property was perfect for us. It was fully stocked with all the essentials and more. Great location only 10/15 minutes from everything (ASU, old town, hockey rinks and baseball fields). Photos are spot on regarding decor and quality. Outside was very pleasant and we were lucky enough to enjoy it with great weather. We hope to rent again in the future.

Exactly as advertised

House was spotless and equipped with everything we could possibly need, including high chair and crib for our infant. Extremely comfortable. Felt like a home. Easy to access location, close to groceries. Nice neighbourhood. Comfortable bed. Good communication from host. Really enjoyed our stay. Pool is not heated.

What a gem in Tempe!!

We enjoyed a wonderful Easter Vacation with our ASU student daughter!!! This house is immaculate and comfortable. The home had comfy bedrooms and tidy, well kept bathrooms perfect for our stay. This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We ate out at nearby restaurants and breweries, but also enjoyed making "home-cooked" breakfasts and dinners in the well equipped kitchen for our daughter. The pool and outdoor living spaces are always what draw us in to vrbo rentals, and this one was marvelous. The neighborhood is quiet, private and fun to walk around for some exercise and much needed study breaks. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. GREAT TRIP!!

Fantastic Rental

Spacious, clean, well-stocked, updated and modern home in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to everything! This is easily the nicest short-term, vacation property we have ever rented listed on any of the common websites. The kitchen has every gadget and utensil you need. The bedrooms are spacious with newer, comfortable mattresses. (At one point, every family member declared that they would love to own this home!) Owner is super responsive and friendly. Not sure when we'll be back to Tempe (son graduated from ASU), but I have already recommended this property to others I know will be visiting the area. Thank you Felicia! Forks up!

We love to use short term rentals when we travel because it really gives you the feel of a neighborhood, which staying in hotels isn't able to do. We love getting to share this slice of paradise with others exploring Tempe. I grew up in this house, so it is extra special to me!

The property is centrally-located to so much the Valley has to offer. It is especially convenient for parents visiting ASU students (only 1 mile from campus), but is also close to all of the freeways allowing easy access to all of the major attractions. The pool is a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring.
