Comforts of home steps from a sandy private beach!!

First and second floors were completely renovated 2016-2019 in a home directly across from the beach. Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, modern appliances, washer and dryer. Step across the street onto a sandy beach reserved only for association owners and their guests. Kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, and other beach toys and games are also available. You won't be disappointed with your choice to rent this home. (NOTE: From April through September, a 7 night minimum with SUNDAY check-in/check-out only!!)

Awesome repeat trip at a wonderful property!
This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here and it did not disappoint! We had a great week at the beach which is within a stones throw from the house. As usual, everything we needed was at the house and the owner is incredibly accommodating. Thanks again for a great trip and we will hopefully see you next year!

Spacious home next to the beach
Host did a great job communicating with us throughout the whole process. The house is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation. Plenty of room for the whole family.

10 Seconds To Sand
**See Proximity to Beach notes Let me start by saying I never really write any reviews, but after the great week my family and I had here I had to make sure John gets the credit he deserves. We usually travel internationally to the Caribbean, but ya know, Covid. We're used to eating out on those vacations and packing specifically to live out of a bag in a hotel. John had everything you can think of. On arrival I walked in and checked everything out and there was more kitchenware than I have in my own house. I took a trip to Costco and was done for the week. Oils, spices, utensils, plates, BBQ equipment, laundry/dishwasher detergent, you name it and it was ready, I just had to get food. It felt like home on the first day. There was just 3 of us so the space was well beyond what we needed, but 3 full bathrooms should be accommodate larger families nicely. There were indoor games (board games, puzzles, card games, etc) and a ton of outdoor equipment. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a tent, kayaks, floats (donut type), life vests, pumps, a beach cart and more that I can't even remember. My wife is 7 months pregnant and proximity/walking distance to the beach was a big factor for us. Let me make it clear, you could be on the main beach in one minute from leaving the house, and in two minutes you could be swimming. It is across a one car lane "street" (if I could even call it that) to the beach entrance. There is a picture from the window that shows what I'm talking about. It is 100% accurate. We were there for a week starting the day after labor day, and the weather was great. A tad bit cooler than peak summer, but the water temp was fantastic and the breeze was just what we needed. The water was clear and clean@ The backyard has seating for about 12 without getting extra chairs from inside with good size tables and quality umbrellas. We did a lot of BBQ and thoroughly enjoyed eating outside. Every room has a newer wall unit Fujitsu A/C and Heating unit, so getting the right temperature was easy, however the first floor has a dozen windows + sliding doors and depending on the weather you can just let the breeze in. The appliances were all new and high quality. John communicated all the house instructions quickly and clearly, and was available any time for questions but everything was already covered and he was hands off for our entire stay. Everyone in the community was extremely polite. Couldn't have had a better vacation.
