The Sand Dollar at Grand Panama. This tower 2 unit is not beach front but does have a nice view of Front Beach Road and the Edgewater Beach Resort towers. The tower two building is across the street from the beach.
Amenities inside and out include features such as covered parking for a maximum of two cars, keyless entry, wifi inside and out, 3 bathrooms, television in every bedroom and the living room, open kitchen, washer and dryer in the condo, pools includin a raised roof top pool on top of the parking deck, right outside the window of this tower two condo and at Tower One, a beautiful gulf side pool with sea breeze and palms trees with two water spas, a pool side tiki bar and BBQ grills. As a guest staying in Tower Two, you are welcome to cross the street to enjoy the beautiful beach front amenities. The resort also has a nice exercise facility and a butterfly garden behind the parking lot. Tower Two is walking distance to a souvenir shop and a go-kart rental stand.
Frank Brown Park, Pier Park and the Panama City Beach Aquatic Center are just a few miles west of the Sand Dollar.
The Grand Panama is contemporary, beautifully landscaped and excellently maintained. Although the Sand Dollar is compact, it does accommodate 8 people overnight in the three bedrooms and the bunks in the hall.
The decor is a very casual yet comfortable, contemporary environment to relax in after a great day outdoors. The intimate, quaint balcony is perfect for sitting out to admire the glistening headlights of the long line of cars passing by after sundown.
