Come enjoy the Cape! Newly renovated and very neat and very clean. Cozy and comfortable 600 square foot cottage. Sleeps 6, and great for families. Includes AC, WiFi, and Smart TV with Netflix. Washer/dryer in home. Large back yard with seating area. Large outdoor shower. Parking on site. Charming kitchen. Bedroom 1 with queen size bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk bed - full/double size top and bottom. Location is 4 minute walk to local private beach access Englewood Shores. 1.4 miles to gorgeous public Seagull Beach with plenty of parking. 3 miles to Main Street, Hyannis with lots of shopping and outdoor restaurants. Less than 1 mile to Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park. Yarmouth is a great central location on the Cape. Close to Cape Cod bike trail, drive in theatre, inflatable water park, spectacular beaches, shopping, hiking, golf, mini golf, driving range, ice cream, breakfast, and a new Drive In concert venue just to name a few.

This is a comfortable and very clean property. It is in the West Yarmouth neighborhood that I grew up in. II selected this property because I travel with my small dog. He made himself at home immediately. I walked him twice a day at the private beach or the beautiful Sea Gull Beach, my favorite Cape beach. I met many morning walkers each day. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Would definitely rent again. Paul was very helpful. We checked in late and had initial difficulty with the electronic lock. We figured it out but Paul stopped by to make sure. I loved the lock and want one for my home. The washer and dryer were very helpful and I took clean clothing back home. Would like to go back again.

Perfect location and quiet neighborhood

Property was in a great spot and such a quick walk to the beach, and short drive to other great beaches. Also really liked the serenity of the neighborhood it was in. Paul was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. The cottage felt a little tight for 5 adults but we knew it would be smaller when we rented it and not a dealbreaker for the stay.

Great spot for young family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We brought along our 16 month old toddler. The house was perfect for us, and we appreciated the AC as we came during a heat wave! The neighborhood was quiet, which allowed us to let our toddler play safely in the yard, and go for nice family walks around the neighborhood. The beach at the end of the road was also quiet and made walks to and from the beach with a sandy toddler a breeze!Communication was Paul was excellent throughout. The house was equipped enough for a great stay. Overall I would love to return and would recommend for a young family like us!

Cozy house, great location

Cute and cozy house in an awesome location. My girls and I loved walking around each morning exploring all of the local beaches. Nice to be so close to restaurants and attractions but in a neighborhood that feels quintessential Cape. Great backyard!Not meant as a criticism but just for planning purposes know that there is not a hairdryer or a microwave.

Wonderful!

Everything was as described and better being so close to a walkable beach. The cabin was a wonderful home away from home and conveniently placed near all the spots we needed to visit. Paul was on point with communication and making us feel welcomed. We saved this cabin for our next trip to see family!

Perfect getaway

End of summer get away!

We loved staying at this adorable little cottage! The house was so clean and exactly as pictured on-line. The host was very helpful and nice. The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for our kids and dog to walk down to the little beach down the street. We highly recommend it and hope to come back next summer :)

We had such a wonderful time, we hated to leave! This is such a lovely little place, very well appointed and reasonably priced. I would be remiss if i didnt mention that the bathroom is quite small and the beds are very noisy, but other than that it is absolutely perfect. We hope to come back in the future!

I absolutely love going to the Cape and have been going my whole life. It was such a wonderful experience being able to stay in the cottage it was exactly the vacation we needed.
