Spectacular Oceanfront Ixtapa Villa ... Vain muutaman askeleen puhtaalle, kauniille rannalle!

Nauti modernista ylellisyydestä ja rantaparatiisista, jotka löydät tästä upeasta merenrantahotellista Ixtapa. Tilava neljän makuuhuoneen huvilamme sisältää all inclusive -kohdan Tesoro Ixtapa Resort, joka sijaitsee täydellisesti Tyynen valtameren ja trooppisten vuorten välissä.

Tässä kaksikerroksisessa huvilassa on neljä makuuhuonetta + parvi (1 king, 1 täysi / kahden hengen ja 1 yhden hengen + 1 täysi / kahden hengen, 2 erillistä kerrossänkyä, 1 futon) ja neljä kylpyhuonetta. Molemmissa kerroksissa on marmorilattiat, joissa on suuri avoin konsepti, keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone, josta on näkymät koko ikkunan patio-ikkunoilla.

Herää valtameren aaltojen ääniin ja näkymiin kuohuviinille Tyynellemerelle. Tule nauttimaan ominaisuudesta, joka palvelee perheitä ja ystäviä, jotka etsivät valtameren aarteita, hiekkarantoja ja ympärivuotista auringonpaistetta vilkkaassa Meksikon kohteessa.

Loved our stay at Villa 12. Main floor very spacious; comfortable furniture. So enjoyed the ocean side patio and sound and sites of the ocean for morning coffee. Beautiful pool with comfy lounge chairs. Short walk to amenities in Ixtapa. Kitchen has great appliances; air fryer might be nice! Very easy to communicate with owners and managers. Can hardly wait to return.

(BEWARE) Not as advertised

The Villa was double booked despite us reserving it 5 months prior. We were down graded to a separate location that was away from restaurants and stores. I highly advice you to look elsewhere because the owner and the property manager do not communicate effectively and could potentially double book your stay which is what happened to us. It seems to me like they do this often.

Resort smack in the middle of the crescent beach.

The property is beachfront, yet adjacent to the pool and the rest of the resort. The kitchen was spacious, as was the living area. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was in working order (kitchen faucet had a drip). Jair at the property management was responsive to every question or request we had during our 12 day stay. The beach was safe and fun during the Holidays. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in Ixtapa and Zihua. Lots to do in this area. Taxis are reasonable and seem to have fixed prices to/from Zihua. Beautiful place.

Awesome stay!

Take the family to Ixtapa as often as possible. We live in Houston TX. And my wife's family lives in Mexico. So we try to get together for family time, and the accommodation s were perfect for the amount of people we had as well as price. This was definitely our best stay, will be visiting again!

Insanely Awesome!

First class property, first class service by all. The condo exceeded our expectations with the roominess, comfort, and location, location, location. Owners were super responsive, Tim was great, he made us feel welcome and helped us, and Marie took excellent care of us with such a kind heart and incredible cook. We were so impressed and our family had an incredible time. This is a rare property as far as having everything at your fingertips and you would be lucky to stay here.

Ixtapa getaway

This is a large and comfortable condo. You are located right beside the pool and steps from the beach. Maria keeps the place spotless and is a fabulous cook. She cooked for us and it was wonderful. Tim, the property manager is very helpful! This is a great resort for little kids. It’s a busy resort with a lot going on. The condo is dated....but a great floor plan and totally spotless. Thanks!

Family vacation

The location of the villa is perfect and is steps to the pool and beach. The sunset views from the ocean front patio and balcony are beautiful. The villa provided lots of space for our family to relax inside and out. Walking distance to restaurants, markets and a small grocery store which was very convenient. Axel the property manager was very responsive to anything we needed. The only downfall is the pool was very busy and there were two weddings in front of the villa during our stay. We enjoyed this long awaited vacation. Thank you.

Perfection!

Our group had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Villa. So clean, comfortable, relaxing! All appliances worked perfectly. Plenty of options for showering and space to put clothing, get ready for a day on the beach (steps away) or to town. Still hearing the sound of the waves and remembering the unbelievable sunsets! Axel is the Man. Very responsive and helpful. The food and drinks we bought at the resort were excellent! Check in and out was a breeze! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Just What We Were Looking For

The Villa was wonderful with everything we needed. Perfectly located next to the pool and the beach with gorgeous ocean and palm tree views. Weddings on Friday and Saturday nights are quite loud but fun to watch as they took place right in front of the patio. (Noise did not continue past midnight.) Axel was very prompt and immediately responded to any questions we had. We had a very fun and busy week - deep and inshore fishing, Picante evening sail, snorkeling Ixtapa Island, surfing Las Saladitas, dining at Kau Kan, Tentaciones and El Faro and shopping in Ixtapa and Zihua. We are excited for our next trip and would certainly be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful Beach View.

The location of the villa is fantastic. Right on the beach, with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. It's a short 5 minute walk into town and all the amenities of the village. The villa has good kitchen facilities and the housekeeping is excellent. (We had Marie cook a great Mexican meal for us!) The villa is right next to the Tesoro pool so there is music and activities going on all day. It is not quiet, but the pool winds down early and the evenings are very peaceful. While the villa is advertised as sleeping 10, it was too cramped for 5 adult couples. (Us and our 4 adult children and partners) it would be much better for two or three families with kids. We made do and still had a wonderful time, but sleeping arrangements were not ideal. We were very pleased with the cooperation we received from the owner and the representive (Lulu) who met us at the hotel. It was easy to get in and out, with minimum worries. We would highly recommend the villa for familes with kids and adult couples who enjoy lots of activity around them. You can't beat the beach access and the easy going Mexican lifestyle.

Beautiful home for the whole family

We enjoyed the entire experience staying here. We drank the first (complimentary) jug of water on the first day. Front desk offered very little assistance however the bell man, Raphael, was happy to have two new ones brought over (for 50 pesos each) The kitchen is fully stocked, including storage containers for leftovers. The beds are very comfortable, the showers have great water pressure, the towels are good quality, the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking, seating for eight around the kitchen table and six on the outdoor patio. Additional information: The two rooms opposite to the master only have one electrical plug available to use, two if you unplug the lamps. Plan to bring a multi-plug for ease of use. Internet (wifi) does not reach the second floor. For tourists, bring a wifi extender or plan to be on the main floor. The screen is not connected to the base of the door therfore it doesn't offer full protection. 90% locals stay at this hotel. Not an issue for me as my inlaws are local. The nightly entertainment was good fun. Don't miss the Mexican show on Sundays, it was beautiful.

Best Location at Tesoro

Upon arriving at the Tesoro Resort I could tell immediately that our place would be great. An older property but very well kept with lots of Mexican charm. As we made our way to the condo the impression of the pool was top notch. In no time, as we walked around the pool, here we are, at the back door of the condo, which opened up to everything you see in the listing, but better. Mexican décor was scattered throughout the condo to make it feel very Mexican and the personal touches of the owners, including several books(Can You Keep A Secret?, was a great read btw, Thanks.) made us feel right at home. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of towels for our showers. Every bathroom had a shower so the six of us never had a problem waiting on someone. Now, to the best part of the condo, the large full wall of patio doors that face the ocean and entry to the tiled patio. We spent a lot of time there, relaxing on the comfy furnishings provided. We had lots of options on the Tesoro property to do the same, from poolside, overlooking the beach, or right down where all the action is, in the powder fine sand sitting in adirondack chairs or loungers. The grounds were constantly being groomed by friendly, uniformed locals. The staff everywhere on the property was very professional. Not far from the main entry to the Tesoro were a couple convenience stores which served us very well for basics like coffee, bread, eggs, beer, milk, etc. If your thinking of trying this property, relax and book it!, you will not be disappointed.

Awesome time in Villa 12 Ixtapa

The pictures pretty much tell the story. The six of us stayed in Villa 12 at Tesoro for two weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The Villa is well equipped. Everything you would want to make your stay comfortable. Tim was very quick to respond in the event we needed anything at all. So thanks Tim. We had the pleasure of meeting Marie ( Mary ), who is the housekeeper and also will cook some amazing meals for you plus her niece Aurora who helped out on occasion. They are both very special people and certainly made our stay that much more enjoyable. We would highly recommend any groups or families staying at Villa 12 take advantage and have Marie cook a meal for them. You won’t be disappointed. A special thanks to Marie and Aurora. Villa 12 is literally right on the beach. From your deck you have a perfect view of the ocean, the beach and at night time gorgeous sunsets. The waves where perhaps higher than what we felt comfortable swimming in right in front of Villa 12 but a short walk to the north or south from the Villa provided good opportunities to swim in the ocean. And for those that prefer swimming in the pool, the one at Tesero is awesome. The resort and grounds at Tesero where very nice and well maintained. All the workers in the Tesero where very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Dailey, Mario, Carlos and Jeronimo. And a special thank-you to Jeff and Lisa for letting us rent Villa 12. We hope to visit Villa 12 sometime in the future Deb, Kelly, Don, Adeline, Deb and Ron ( Saskatoon, Saskatchewan ).
