TÀmÀ kaunis ja tÀysin kunnostettu 100 vuotta vanha maalaistalo, rakennettu yksi alkuperÀisen edellÀkÀvijöitÀ Wenatchee Valley, sijaitsee 20 yksityistÀ hehtaarin Brender Canyon, noin 15 minuutin pÀÀssÀ Leavenworth. Yli 3000 sq. Ft. & 3 tÀyttÀ tarinoita, maalaistalo sisÀltÀÀ valtava kivi takka, uudet huonekalut, matto, valaistus, parketit, uudet kylpyhuoneet ja kalusteet, kattopalkit, antiikkihuonekaluja ja kauden kappaletta kaikkialla. On 10-jalka ruokapöydÀn johon mahtuu jopa 18 vierasta kÀsityönÀ 100 vuoden puu sai kÀytettÀvissÀ palauttaminen.

We enjoyed our family time at the farmhouse. We appreciated the quiet setting, the lovely canyon, and the ample outdoor spaces that allowed good places to play and explore. Its location has close proximity to a number of places of activity and entertainment. The house itself is spacious and well laid out with good living areas, and set up for large groups. We enjoyed the outside deck with its sun and shade and wonderful breezes. The home is well supplied with dishes, towels and linens, books and games and puzzles. The owners responded quickly to our messages and were very helpful. The only things limiting a 5 star rating in our opinion were 1) the shower/tub fixtures in 2 out of the 4 bathrooms which need to be replaced or repaired to supply more than a light flow of water. The tub in a third bathroom is so narrow (and stained) as to not be particularly useable. 2) the older wooden flooring in one of the bedrooms has a section just inside the bedroom door that is failing.

Family Christmas getaway

Nicely updated and beautifully decorated for the holidays.plenty of room for all of us. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Everything was clean with the exception of the dishes. We had to wash many of the dishes prior to use as they had stuck on food on them. One odd thing was that there 3 versions of the check out procedure. The one on the website, the one in the kitchen notebook and the one posted on the laundry room door. All in all it is a fabulous place to stay. We will book it again.

We absolutely LOVE staying at the Farmhouse. Its been an annual tradition for 3 years not (20 overall). The kids look forward to staying in the loft. So warm and cozy and the host are amazing to work with!

The farmhouse is one of our favorite places to stay. We especially love the large living/entertaining areas. Room for people to be together or on your own. We wouldn't mind if the dishwasher worked better! Julie is always flexible with us. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect spot for large groups

The farmhouse was the perfect place for a friends/family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were tons of comfortable sleeping options and having a nice long table to do family style dinners was a huge plus. Great location, friendly and responsive hostss.

Perfect family weekend

We had a wonderful time in the home for our family get together. There was more space than we expected and it allowed us all to have our own space when needed. We loved that the teens could play games upstairs while the adults were on the main floor. Very well stocked! Plenty of everything for us to prepare our meals. And the manager/owner was very responsive. Loved it!! Thank you

Great location and lots of room

This place was great for our family of 9. It was very clean and had lots of room for us to spread out. Great number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Centrally located to all of the activities that we wanted to do. A big thank you to the owners for decorating for Christmas. We had a wonderful Christmas day celebration together and will always remember this time together. The kids were able to sled in the yard after getting about 4 inches of snow. Will definitely rent again if we are in the area.

Beware

This is a tough property to review, so please read thoroughly. The house itself was a solid 4-star property. It was clean, spacious, fully equipped and welcoming. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 is because it is 200 years old. As such, there is zero sound proofing between rooms. We had 6 adults over the age of 50. I heard every creaky, middle of the night, trip to the bathroom. Just expect that if you choose to book a stay. Although the property itself is a 4 (in my opinion), our experience was a 2 at best. Hence my overall rating of 3. The biggest issue was a rooster! We stayed 3 nights and each morning between 4:45 and 5:00am we were awakened by a rooster screeching/singing loudly. Then every 15 minutes it would repeat itself just to be sure no one got a good night sleep. I had two teenage boys with me that I can't normally wake up with a blow horn. But neither of them was able to sleep through this crazy loud bird! We requested the owner come get the rooster, but she was unable to help. At which time she informed us that it is a farm and that's what you get on a farm. To be clear, the rooster does not serve a purpose on this Farm/Vinyard. It is a prop and unnecessary. Had I known there was a chance this could be an issue, I would have never booked this property. TERRIBLE! If you want a good night sleep and the rooster is still there, I suggest looking elsewhere. If you don't mind getting up at 4:45 am while on vacation - go for it.

Great Home for our Reunion!

We brought our kids and 5 grand kids (ages 1 to 7)for our annual reunion and this house was perfect. The dining room table was big enough for everyone. They even provided a high chair. The house is stocked with everything you need from extra swimming towels to paper plates and a frog full of condiments. We stayed on a hot weekend with 5 small children. I was worried the house would be too warm to enjoy, but the shady trees kept it cool. We enjoyed the public swim pool and parks but spent most of our time together at the house. The back porch was perfect for evening adult gatherings after the kids were in bed.

Family reunion

Julie was very easy to work with and willing to accommodate our changing plans. We had a small hiccup on check-in, but that was easily fixed. The house is HUGE - we never felt crowded, and everybody had their own room and space to move around and play games indoors or outdoors. Would definitely book this place again for a large family gathering.

We all had a great time! The home was big enough for everyone to have space to play games, do puzzles or just visit. Loved the big windows overlooking the property!
