Nauti upeista nÀkymistÀ merelle, vuorille ja auringonlaskuun kauniissa merenrantahotellissa, aurinkoisella Kihein rannikolla. Olemme vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ rannasta, ja vierailijat voivat uida turvallisesti suojatulla muinaisella Havaijin kalalammikolla, joka kerrotaan talon edessÀ.

Savuttomia pohjakerroksen huoneisto on tÀydellinen pariskunnille tai perheille, sekÀ vanhuksille tai vammaisille. Yksikkö on ÀskettÀin uusittu tarjoamaan kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Jaetun jÀrjestelmÀn ilmastointilaitteessa on erilliset hallintalaitteet jokaisessa huoneessa. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta (joista voidaan tehdÀ kuningas) ja kuningatar-vuodesohva olohuoneessa. What a gem! This ground floor condo was just as described! The view from the lanai was stunning & you are just steps away from a beautiful beach. The condo was well stocked with all that we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the all the beach gear! There is even a rotating library up on the 3rd floor with quite a few books & puzzles. Thank you Sande & Bob for thinking of everything. We can't wait to return!! Mahalo!

Great Location

This condo is on the bottom floor with direct access to the pool and a quick little walk to the ocean! It was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We could not have had a better place to stay with family!

Amazing condo with views galore!

We stayed for a week with our two kids (ages 12 and 14) and could not have been happier with the condo! It was a good amount of space for us, and we appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved being able to walk right to the protected beach, as well as being able to see the sea turtles. The pool was warm and wonderful as well! Communications were prompt and we would love to come back to stay again!

Magical Maui

Just got home from a wonderful trip. Maui is a magical place and Bob and Sande's Condo is ideally located, central to the island, near everything but quiet on the beachfront. Bob and Sande were really helpful with inquiries before we arrived, and promptly helped with questions while there. We hope to return before too long.

Maui Paradise

This place was awesome!! The check in process was easy and the owners were very responsive with questions. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had everything and more we needed for our stay as well. Loved that it was in the ground floor so we could walk right out of the slider onto the beach. We saw sea turtles in the lagoon and the pool was really nice as well. There were great places to eat within a short drive and the place was convenient to all areas of the island. We would stay here again if we come back to Maui!!

Amazing experience

The condo was as described. The location was very very convenient and literally a minutes walk to the beach which was a very clean private beach. Condo is located in the heart of Kihei in very close proximity to great food and shopping options. Above all, the responsiveness of the host was the best. They even came by to meet us at the end of our visit. Every amenity needed was available in the unit. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Nice place, clean, well stocked, nice view.

The condo is nice, and very well stocked, but might be a little high priced for what you get. A few things could use updating to make it feel up to the price. We loved having condiments and spices, and the beach gear was really great! The pool and shuffleboard are just steps away and the patio is oceanview, along a path to the beach & bbq, so some foot traffic. We liked having a ground floor unit.

Anniversary and first big trip with kiddo

We loved the check in process and owners were responsive. You can't beat the property location and its proximity to both beach and the pool. We enjoyed seeing turtles every morning and building sandcastles then heading up the street for shaved ice. The condo was very clean and there was a ton of activity stuff! A lovely pool noodle and floaties, etc., for the pool and sand mats and umbrellas, sand toys, for the beach. So helpful! Lots of kitchen gadgets (and even spices). The guest room ceiling fan wasn't working but luckily there was AC. Can't beat the sunsets.

Beachfront Condo with all the amenities!

We had the most incredible vacation in Kihei. The ground floor was perfect for steps to the beach, pool, restaurant, BBQ pits, etc! We had the most amazing views from our lanai, this condo is situated with the best views of the sunset and the beach! The owners were incredibly sweet and made sure we had anything and everything we needed including: snorkel equipment, boogie boards. Beach towels, ice chest, blender, beach chairs and more! They really and truly thought of everything for this incredible piece of paradise. It truly is out home away from home and though it is probably our 10th trip, it will most certainly not be our last! I highly recommend this condo for ALL the comforts and more. We have travelled here with children of all ages from birth to adulthood, there is something for everyone! Much aloha and mahalo!

Great place

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spotless, cleaned very well in between visits. You have everything you need to be comfortable like lots of towels and beach chairs and a washer and dryer. We didn’t cook much but when we did cook the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. The location was great. I don’t normally enjoy at ground floor unit, but in this case I really liked being able to go in and out of the unit from the beach and the pool, we did see a couple of cockroaches in one of the bathrooms over the four nights stay But this is Hawaii and you have to expect more insects than you would expect at home. The room facing the ocean does get a little warm with the afternoon sun coming through the windows, but I always slept fine. The air conditioning in the living room works fantastic and cools down most of the unit. I would stay here again without question

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was conveniently located within minutes to town. Unlike Napili, where we visited for the day, the area did not feel crowded. The condo was clean, spacious and had all that we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the washer and drier definitely came in handy! We didn’t realize how much we appreciated having a ground floor unit until we were there! The grounds are well maintained as is the pool, BBQ grills, and shuffle boards. The area is lively during the day but quiets down at night for a great sleep as you listen to the waves lull you to sleep. There is a community beach next to the complex and within the walled off fishing pond one can snorkel and watch the fishies. I greatly enjoyed the sea turtles coming in to rest, eat, and sun bathe! Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely book at this condo again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in our cute condo! My first choice was not to stay on the first floor but after reading the other reviews, I'm so happy we did!!! We had a magnificent view of the grounds, pool and beach -- all in one. We loved the convenience factor of going outside. The condo was well equipped with a variety of kitchen amenities (cooking items, dishwasher, plenty of cleaning supplies and towels) as well as beach items that really came in handy (boogie board, beach bag, cooler, goggles, beach chairs). The condo was well stocked and clean. We're grateful for the little details in the room as well (local guide book, restaurant menus, spoons game & cd's including the self guided tour to Hana which was fun to listen to). The Menehune condo was a great choice for our family of 4 (2 kids 11&14). We had the best time!!! Thank you Bob & Sandy for your rental and warm hospitality. We can't wait to return.

The exquisite and peaceful ground floor oceanfront location, just steps from the beach as well as the perfect place to watch the spectacular Maui sunsets, and, additionally, the ancient Hawaiian fishpond, sold us on this condo's location. We began coming to Maui in the 70s, always staying in this same area, out of the bustle of Kihei, yet centrally located. We love this area so much that our Maui home for the past 25 years is 5 minutes from the condo. Unlike most condo owners who live on the mainland, we live full time on this beautiful island. We are nearby, available to answer your questions.

Beautiful oceanfront sunset view, our ground floor condo is just steps away to the beach, There are no roads or buildings, just the spectacular Pacific Ocean from our unit. Our condo's location is perfect for families, two couples, and is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms keep our guests comfortable. Twin beds in the second bedroom can be made into a king bed, and the living room couch into a queen bed. Wireless internet is fast and free. Enjoy watching turtles and rainbows from the lanai. Humpback whales can be seen from the condo December to April. As Hawaii residents for 32 years, we live nearby and are available and happy to answer your questions. Enjoy the heated oceanfront pool and oceanside gas barbecues, BBQ's on the rooftop garden with 360 degree view, located on an ancient Hawaiian fishpond; 2 shuffleboards, just a short walk to Maui's longest beach for an early morning or sunset walk, easy access to many beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shops. This is a non-smoking condo. Located 20 minutes from the airport, close to the Maui Ocean Center, Ma'alaea Harbor, Wailea and 'Iao Valley.
