This family-friendly home is an amazing place to stay while enjoying the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. You will find this property fully updated with all the comforts of home including all new mattresses and brand new outdoor furniture.

There is more than ample room for up to six guests to relax in this property. The master bedroom features a king bed with cable TV and ensuite bath. This bathroom boasts a walk-in all tile and glass shower. A second bedroom also comes with a king bed and the third bedroom offers a queen bed as well as a twin XL. The guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combination and cheerful, tropical decor. This is a convenient and accessible ground floor home with no steps inside or out!

The cook in the family will appreciate the fully appointed kitchen with all stainless appliances and flat top range. Or if you're in the mood to dine alfresco, take advantage of the gas grill and backyard dining table. The free Anna Maria Island trolley is just a block away if you prefer to explore some of the island's great restaurants.

In the evening take in a spectacular sunset on the beach, just two blocks away. Rest easy with our professional luxury linen service. Wake up energized and repeat!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
