A fully furnished/stocked short term vacation rental located above Arcadia Farms Cafe. Available to guets for stays of 4 nights to 1 year. Previous long term tenants include professional athletes and Scottsdale's elite. Picture our 3rd story rooftop patio mountain views with the sun setting in the late Winter of infamous Old Town Scottsdale. Tourists & Locals walk the streets below and look up with envy! Best shopping, juice bars, and nightlife a short walk! PARTIES AND EVENTS NOT ALLOWED

We added a king bed, photos to be updated Aug 1st 2023 So this home will have 2 kings and 1 queen bed.

Modern 3 Story Home located above a great breakfast/coffee/lunch/brunch restaurant. This is the only residence around, everything else is a bar, restaurant, shopping, etc. There could not be a more walkable or convenient location in Old Town Scottsdale! 4 different outdoor patios with one on the rooftop. This space will always impress!

Full Garage and Home Access

The entry is keyless and there is no requirement to meet us at the door, but if you would like us there we can be there!

Old Town Scottsdale is the best and only scene in Arizona. The exact location of the residence is exactly where all of the locals and tourists shop, dine, and play!

You can walk to anything, but if you want to bring a car there is a 2 car private garage included.

*Standard City of Scottsdale Disclosure Every Listing Must Include:
- Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other similar use is prohibited.
- All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

The property and location couldn't have been better! The inside was nothing short of amazing with the best equipped kitchen and 3rd level grill area. The 3rd floor was spectacular for gilling, lounging and sunsets! Will definately be back again.

The place is great, but the surrounding amenities make this place even better. Breakfast and coffee on the ground floor, restaurants within 100' and a cool bar in the adjacent lot. Great spot!

Perfect Old Town location
This property is amazing, with modern/industrial architectural elements throughout. The views are fantastic, from both the main living level as well as the upper deck level. It’s perfectly located within walking distance of the entire Old Town area. The entire process and stay was frictionless. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Lovely week with family
The house was spacious; the front deck/balcony was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped (for the many cooks in our family). The upstairs level was lovely but we didn’t use it very much because it was a bit chilly, especially when it was windy. It was also rather noisy up there on Friday/Saturday nights because of extra traffic on the roads and people in the area enjoying themselves. But the noise generally was no problem for us at all. Walking in the neighborhood was great. We felt very comfortable and there were shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and even a shopping mall nearby.

Great Location
Walking distance to everywhere you want to go is great! Roof top was a great hang out place to enjoy dinner. There is road noise but ok for trade off of location. Place was clean and just as described.

Local to Scottsdale since 2005, but originally from the MidWest - so I never take the great weather, Old Town Scottsdale scene, or the fun/motivated people of Arizona for granted.

Nothing else compares. This is the only residential property around, surrounded by all of the best that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. The residence will always impress - tourists and locals alike. The raised ceilings, industrail modern design, surround sound home audio automation is every room and the 4 seperate balconies with 360 degree views cannot be matched. This property offers convenience to never have to drive or uber anywhere. Everyone will want to visit your home because all of the fun/dining/shopping/life is right downstairs.

Location. Grab breakfast and coffee directly below your front door. Feel like you live in a big city, with the weather of the desert! Look no further if you want something unique. There are hundreds of ranch homes with nice backyards to rent, but they are almost all secluded and boring - surrounded by retirees with strict HOAs. This residence is unlike EVERYTHING else, and will always deliver to the guest looking for ONE OF A KIND!
