I welcome you to my 25 square meters studio with BALCONY, located on the 2ᵉ floor within a charming chalet, ideal for a ski holiday for 4 people. Composed of a bedroom, a shower room and a living room, it is located 5 min drive from the Le Jaillet chairlift, and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities.

## Logement
The accommodation is located in a charming chalet and has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. It is fully equipped and will be perfect for a vacation with friends or family. The BALCONY will be very appreciated for the VIEW it gives on the mountain range, covered with white or green depending on the season.
You will have at your disposal: Parking, Nespresso Coffee machine, Raclette Machine, Oven, Television, Hair dryer.

You will be close to all the shops, pedestrian streets, and various ski rental services in winter and hiking equipment in summer, such as Skimium - SUPER GLISSE (5 min drive)! The Jaillet chairlift is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive away, to take you to the Jaillet hiking trail to enjoy skiing in winter and hiking or biking in summer.
The city center of Megeve is a 3-minute drive away, where you can visit the Stelsia Casino Megeve, the Museum of Megeve and the Panoramic Cinema.

You will find shops nearby such as a Casino Supermarket at 10 min walk and a Carrefour Contact at 12 min walk.
Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.
