Wonderful 4 Bedroom 4.5 Bath 4,300 SQFT Cordillera Home located in the Ranch Neighborhood. Close to Pool & Athletic Club, very private location over an acre lot.
All bedrooms are ensuite with 1 bedroom having custom bunk beds perfect for Families.
Just Bring your Clothes and prepare to relax, the home is fully equipped with Gourmet Kitchen, 2 Family Rooms one with 85" TV & Private Outdoor Hot Tub.
Cordillera has a Community Pool and Athletic Center with indoor pool, Daily Yoga, Workout Classes.
Great Hiking & Snow Shoeing right outside the property.

**Beaver Creek Parking, Ski-In/Ski-Out**
Private Parking in the Villa Montane Parking Garage at the base of Beaver Creek with Private Ski Locker is available during the Ski Season for any stay for an additional fee of $600.00 (Available November 1st, 2024-April 30th, 2025).

Having traveled around the world staying at VRBO's, there were always items that were missing. Therefore, we wanted to make sure our property had everything anyone could want during their stay, from a fully stocked kitchen or hair dryers in every bathroom. All you will need is your suitcase and tooth brush, to have a relaxing vacation.

Fabulous Mountain Home

This stunning home tucked in the trees in the mountain was a terrific place to spend a winter month. The space is amazing with en-suites in every bedroom, plenty of hanging out space to enjoy family and friends, and an incredible view! The huge dining table made for many hours of meals with our guests. David and his team were super available and responsive to any questions that we had. We will be back!

Comfortable and spacious home in a beautiful setting!

We rented this home for 31 days and enjoyed it very much. The house is spacious, comfortably furnished and in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed being able to use the fitness center, Pickleball courts, hiking trails, community pool, dog park and the Par 3 golf course. Deer visited us everyday and we had a herd of elk come by one day too! David is a good host and was easy to communicate with.

The home was well equipped and comfortable. Incredible views and located in a very nice area. Convenient to slopes and the parking and ski locker were great. Seeing the herd of elk everyday was a nice bonus.

Summer family vacation

Our first family vacation in 3 years due Covid. Our family of 8 adult children enjoyed a wonderful week in this spotless, beautiful home. It felt like a 5 star hotel! The home has a spectacular view of the mountains from the front porch. We sat in our rocking chairs and watched deer, birds and even saw a bear. The large dining table had seats for 10 and the leather sofa could accommodate 10 while reclining with footrests! The high end kitchen was equipped with every implement and herbs/oils. There are great hikes nearby and only 15 minutes down the mountain to Edwards and 15 to Vail Village. The owner David, was friendly and helpful. A perfect respite!

Cordillera Holiday Stay

This house is in a beautiful location with a great set-up for an extended family gathering. The owners are gracious and responsive hosts and we had everything we needed. For skiers, access to a parking spot and locker at the Beaver Creek base are a huge bonus. We also enjoyed snowshoeing around the Cordillera trail system, which you can access easily from the home.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay at this property. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. It has a gorgeous view, nice spacious bedrooms, and one of the most comfortable couches we’ve ever lounged in. The location near the pool and trailheads is ideal. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

Wonderful Mountain House

This house was everything it was billed to be, and more. The pictures and description do not do it justice. The house was immaculate, fully furnished, plenty of enough space, and had beautiful views. It felt like our own mini-mansion. David and Sandra were extremely responsive and were wonderful owners. This house is highly recommended, and we would certainly book again!

Scenic Mountain Home

We had a wonderful time at this home located in a gorgeous wooded neighborhood. The roads were kept clear at all times so we could easily get to Vail to ski. Home has everything you need. I highly recommend it!

Gorgeous home and fabulous location

My family stayed at the Lija's home for 6 weeks over the holidays. David was so great to work with and answered all our questions quickly and made sure we felt right at home. The house has gorgeous views and is so comfortable, spacious and welcoming feeling. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. It had everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable and Cordillera is a beautiful and friendly place. We could not have had a nicer stay. It was hard to leave!

Beautiful place to stay - Spectacular Fall Aspen colors and a quiet retreat

Beautiful location, especially with the Fall Aspen colors on display! Our favorite space in the home was the living room/great room, the huge couch with leg rests for us all to comfortably sit and visit, or watch a movie/TV. Loved the Sonos to play our music within the home. Every day we saw wildlife from mule deer, to red tailed hawks, to turkeys and our absolute favorite was a beautiful fox that arrived on the back patio and sat for a bit so we could get great video of her! Enjoyed the outside gas firepit and jacuzzi. The heated floors were lovily on the cool mountain mornings. Had two minor issues with TV signal and then the pilot light on the fireplace blowing out due to wind one night, the owner was extremely prompt in getting the 2 issues handled for us which was a real plus - as a seasoned VRBO renter it is key to have a great owner willing to respond quickly to resolve issues. Definitely recommend this place as it is convenient to the entire Vail valley, but it is located in a peaceful quiet area away from all the busyness!
