The main house

This is a main house with a private front entrance and a vast backyard area:
- Separate, very welcoming living area.
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family-size dining table.
- 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have KING-SIZE beds, and the third has two TWIN-SIZE beds.
- TWO bathrooms with shower/bathtub.
The recently remodeled and upgraded unit has a beautiful, fresh, cozy feeling. We provide everything our guests might need and do our best to ensure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.

The guest house

The downstairs bedroom has a nice panoramic view of the sparkling swimming pool and beautiful backyard. It also includes a Victorian-style electric fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly nights. There is a sliding door that takes you right out into the spa area.

The upstairs bedroom. The ceiling in this room is rather low; You have to duck when walking through the door but can stand inside and move around, no problem. I would recommend the upstairs place for anyone under 5'7. They will fall in love with our oversized extremely comfortable Split-King size bed with luxury European-style cotton bedding like those found in World Class Hotels.

The house also has a living room with couches. You will love relaxing with our 50" smart TV. We are providing 3 AC mini-split units.

There is also a small kitchenette with appliances and a medium fridge with a freezer in the living room and a small fridge under the countertop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water boiler, and electrical burner to prepare food. All to use to your heart's desire. Silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and wine glasses-you name it!

The comfortable tiled bathroom has mirrored cabinets and comes equipped with a cutting-edge corner shower that you will love! It has many settings and is just plain cool!

Whether you are traveling for business or exploring the area, you will be delighted with your stay. The separate guest quarters provided extra privacy, which is excellent for an additional couple of several couples traveling together.
There are many fruit trees on the property - lemons, grapefruits, apples, cherries, plums, and others...all you can eat.
There is also a large-sized crystal-clear POOL with salt water that is free to use 24/7!
