This updated Sierra-style home features open living space and large bedrooms on a sunny lot. Two living spaces make for a larger than expected feel, with one of them being the perfect game room. Snuggle up in the main living area and watch a fun TV show while one of your friends takes advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare delicious, homemade meals. Recent renovations including concrete countertops in the kitchen. This living area also features a wood stove that will keep everyone comfortable and warm, especially during cold, winter nights. Now let's talk about one of the biggest perks of this house: the game room. It's the perfect place to spend the entire afternoon whether challenging your friends to a game of foosball or showing off your gaming skills playing Street Fighter in the arcade (with over 1,200 other games!). There's an inviting, sectional sofa where you can rest and watch TV while your friends challenge each other. Mount Doble Escape also features a stamped concrete patio and a 10x12 shed in the fully-fenced back yard, which is perfect for your dog. Yes, dogs are welcome here! Gather around the gas firepit with your friends and share fun stories while roasting some s'mores or sharing a warm beverage.

Located on a quiet side street off North Shore Drive, you'll have easy access to the forest. Explore Big Bear Village with its many shops, restaurants, and nightlife, just five miles away. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is less than five miles away if you seek winter activities. During the warmer months, head to Big Bear Marina for boat and watercraft rentals (five miles). This Californian outdoor heaven is perfect no matter the season. If you happen to visit during summer, you're offered a plethora of hiking and mountain biking trails to explore, as well as access to boating, windsurfing, canoeing, and kayaking.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
