Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $25/night per pet fee. At the time of booking, please provide pet type, age, and breed.

Guests must:
Clean up pet waste
Keep pets off furniture
Crate pets when unsupervised
A courtesy crate and food/water bowls are provided. Unauthorized pets will result in a double pet fee or possible removal at guest’s expense.

Recycling
Irving offers curbside recycling. Place clean glass, cardboard, plastic, and metal in blue plastic bags by the alley behind the home on Wednesday evenings. Do not include pizza boxes, plastic bags, or Styrofoam, as these contaminate the batch.
Check-In Requirements
Primary renter must be present at check-in and show a government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking (must match name on reservation). No third-party bookings permitted.
