The location of the home is great for exploring Colorado Springs with restaurants less than 1 mile away.

Our home is nestled in a beautiful upscale neighborhood with stunning views of Pikes Peak, especially at sunset!! A beautiful park with walking trails is located in the neighborhood, only a 2 minute walk from the house. Less than 2 miles from several shopping centers and restaurants. This home is in a perfect location for relaxing and enjoying mountain views out of your window or for exploring the Springs. Just a short drive to downtown, Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor, and great hikes! Decorated for you to enjoy your time indoors as well the great outdoors!

We (my wife and I) live upstairs. We are very respectful, quiet, and easy going. Loud talking /noises might be heard in other parts of the house so please keep noise down after 9 pm. We will do the same!

You can come and go as you please through the garage, which will be your own private entrance. The keypad is located outside so no key needed!
Easily check yourself in/park using the key pad on the garage. Just please make sure to close the garage when leaving!
