Berry Luxury Retreat

Berry Luxury Retreat is the perfect place to bring family and friends together of up to 20 guests.

The house has just recently been beautifully renovated to a very high standard offering all the creature comforts that will ensure your stay will be hard to beat the next time you go away.

The most common feedback we receive is "the photos online just don't do the place justice"

We look forward to your booking with us, to experience a stay that is more than just special.

LOCATION
Located in beautiful Berry with only a short 5 min drive or 30 min walk into town. Set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acer block.

GUESTS
Berry Luxury Retreat is perfect for large groups of up to 20 people. Offering 7 Bedrooms and 3 main living areas.

HEATED POOL
Our salt water pool is perfectly heated all year round so the kids and stay and play in the pool longer all year round. When you get out you can use our outdoor hold/cold shower or relaxing around the massive decking areas.

HOT TUB
Our hot tub is perfectly heated on your arrival to jump in and relax.

WOOD FIRE DINING
Our main attraction is the stunning wood fire oven and outdoor dining experience located in a private backyard setting accomodating 20 guests. Everything you need can be found including hot/cold sink and bar fridge.

UNDERCOVER BBQ & DINING
Located in between the house and pool area with access from the kitchen. This fantastic space allows the adults to eat/drink and relax while the kids enjoy the pool. The seating area accommodates 20 guests.

FIRE PIT
Located in a secluded area of the backyard with firewood supplied.

KIDS PLAY GROUND
Located in a beautiful part of the backyard.

GAZEBO & WOODFIRE BBQ
Get back to the grassroots of cooking a BBQ over a wood fire BBQ or simply relax and chill out in the gazebo.

DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING
Berry Luxury Retreat would not be a luxury stay without a full ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system to ensure that you stay in comfortable all year round.

Instant filtered cold, boiling hot or sparkling water on tap. No need to bring bottled water.

COFFEE
Wake up every morning to the smell and taste of an amazing coffee from our Jura S8 coffee machine and supplied coffee beans.

MUSIC
Enjoy a state of art 7 speaker SONOS sound system graciously installed throughout the house indoor and outdoor areas.

VIEWING PLEASURE
All Bedrooms with King Beds have a 4K Smart-TV installed along with the Adults Retreat and Kids Rumpus.

Perfect Family getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the house with all my family. The house accommodates 18 people comfortably. The outside dining area near the pizza oven was the perfect place to have family meals and enjoy the garden surrounds.

Beautiful home surrounded by gorgeous garden

The house was absolutely beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our group of 16. The pool was a great temperature and the outdoor areas were fantastic. It was perfectly presented and the host was very quick replying to my many messages. A great house in a very pretty location.

Absolutely beautiful

This property was absolutely amazing! It was so well prepared with candles burning, music playing and the fireplaces set up with kindling ready to go. Everything from the decor to the linens, to the products in the bathroom were beautiful. The property also had lovely grounds and great facilities. I definately will be returning!

This property was amazing in so many ways. They have thought of absolutely everything.

We have stayed in Berry many times before, experienced many rentals but this property was on another level. The house, the grounds, the entertainment area, the pizza oven setup were all beyond our expectations. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to ensure that your stay is seamless, enjoyable and most of all memorable. We felt like we were in an oasis. Birthday Getaway

Hosted a casual 41st birthday celebration at the property with my friends and family. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property and it's offerings and it was amazing to watch the kids all play together in the on-premise playground. As an extended family - 4 couples and 5 kids, this property provided everyone and more that we needed for a family birthday celebration. We could dine in, enjoy the grounds, the pizza oven, everything was amazing. On the front lawn with the little ones we had so much fun, so safe. Our dog was in his happy place too. Mark & Kylie were wonderful, their attention to detail fantastic, every question answered in record time. Great people! Superb & wonderful property!

Perfect family getaway

Highly recommend. My siblings, kids and grandparents throughly enjoyed our stay celebrating a special milestone birthday for my mum. Kylie was responsive, but not remotely intrusive. She genuinely wants her guests to enjoy this beautiful property which is even better than the pictures. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. The pool, multiple living spaces, bedrooms, outdoor areas are so thoughtfully put together and meant we all had our own space but equally could come together as a family. Location is quiet and private yet still close to town.

Perfect Retreat

We held a small wedding for my daughter and her fiance at the property. The property was set up with everything we could think of and more. It had so many hidden surprises to make the event and stay relaxing and special. The design of the property both inside and out was amazing and made the backdrop for the wedding perfect. The owners were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed. To be able to stay the extra night meant we could relax the day after the wedding and spend time together before packing up on the Monday and heading off. All of our guests were in awe of the property and many have commented they would love to come back with family another time. Kim

Outstanding from arrival to departure

The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. The host also had some great advice on local attractions and places to eat out and things to do. Will definitely be back. Thanks Kylie

Perfect multi-family getaway

I’ve stayed here twice and have now booked a third trip. The house is perfect for large friend and family gatherings. Our 11 kids spent most of the 4 days in the pool and spa, and the pizza oven got a workout. The attention to detail makes all the difference, for example heating the pool, great kitchenware (actual sharp knives!) plenty of towels, both firm and soft pillows, and the list goes on.Would recommend.

Absolutely stunning

This was the perfect home and location to celebrate my 40th with family and friends. The pictures do not do this house and the grounds justice. A dream place to host any special event. From start to finish, our stay at the house was perfect. The property is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. Luxury home away from home

A luxury home away from home that had everything we needed for a family holiday for all ages. The heated pool & spa was a bonus as we could swim in the middle of winter which added to our enjoyment. I’ve stayed in about a dozen properties around Berry, and this was definitely one of the best. All the little things (like the right amount of cutlery) and the big things (like the excellent pizza oven) worked together to make for a brilliant holiday.
