The diverse sleeping arrangements include king, queen, and bunk beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.

With 7.5 bathrooms, a laundry facility, and private off-road parking for two vehicles, every convenience is at your fingertips. The property is divided into two units, each accessible through separate exterior entrances, offering ample space for both shared activities and private moments. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, providing a secure and well-lit environment for a memorable stay.

Situated conveniently, you can park up to two vehicles off the street, with designated spaces labeled "Unit A" or "Unit B," streamlining your arrival and departure experiences. We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
