On the first floor, the first of two master suites has a king-size bed, a private outdoor sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Up the spiral staircase, the second master suite features a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private deck space. A third bedroom has a king bed, while two more bedrooms are bunk rooms with twin-over-twin bunks. Another spiral staircase leads up to a third-floor loft area with two cozy twin-size beds tucked under the eaves, views of the Gulf, a seating area with HDTV, and a fun foosball table. A bonus family room has a sleeper sofa and a sun-drenched, screened-in balcony.
Brighton Cottage is brimming with luxe details, including pecan hardwoods, custom Roman shades, bespoke maple woodwork and furnishings, and spa-like oversized showers with rain shower heads. Outside on the first floor, there are plenty of comfy lounge spaces to relax with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail.
