POWDER MONKEY # 9 -3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH TOWNHOME - BEDDING: MASTER BR: Queen, BR # 2: Double and BR # 3: Bunk Beds. Located at the top of Powder Monkey Lift and across the street from the Western Territory. The Alpine Restaurant for lunch and dinner and the Trail Side Café for morning coffee and breakfast are out your front door. The main level features a mudroom for securing your skis and clothing, a full kitchen, a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and gas fireplace, and a Queen bedroom with a full bath in the hallway. The 2nd level has a bonus living area with TV, 2 bedrooms with a full bed, and a bunk room sharing a hall bathroom.

SLOPE SIDE

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Ski storage entry, and free Resort Shuttle Service to take you to the Village or Silver Creek (night skiing/tubing).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private spa-there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Awesome location!
Perfect for our family get away. The condo was well kept with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. We had a blast! It’s one of the best locations on the mountain.

Awesome Location!
This cabin was perfect for 6 of us. Steps to the slope and a short walk to the Village. Never needed a car our whole stay. Previous reviews of this property said that it was very outdated. Some features were a little dated but many things have been updated. All new kitchen appliances, heated towel racks, new quartz countertops, The only thing that really needed to be worked on was there is very little lighting. The lights are all dim and there are not enough. Overall, a great stay!

Yearly family ski trip
Excellent location - only a few steps from the slopes and a short walk to the Big Top for kid play when they get too cold outdoors (when it’s open - currently closed d/t Covid). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, blender, and utensils; along with regular coffee maker and keurig. The front desk staff at checkin were very nice and helpful. The unit is a bit dated, but that can be overlooked due to its proximity to the slopes. We had 5 adults and 1 child - never felt cramped when relaxing in living area or eating at the kitchen table. One thing to note, if you have small children, the railings on the stairs and upper sitting area are wide enough that a child could fall through if not careful - we had to figure out a way to block the upstairs railing. We had a wonderful time and will be back again soon!
