Beautifully updated luxury home to spend your down time with friends and family! The home features two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs each with 75" tvs and king size beds! Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and 55" tvs. This home features a large backyard with a private pool and spa. The chefs kitchen is fully equipped with built in 48 inch stove , and 42 inch fridge everything needed to whip up a quick meal or you are minutes away for many local restaurants! Great house in great area
House was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out or come together. Pool was wonderful with perfect shading in late afternoon. Beds were all very comfortable and tons of storage.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home in Henderson, Vegas
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the spaciousness of the house, which comfortably accommodated seven of us. The backyard and pool area was a big hit. The pool was perfect for both adults looking to relax and kids eager to splash around. The grandchildren were particularly thrilled with the game tables and Pac-Man console, providing entertainment when they weren't in the water. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. He promptly responded to any questions we had and went out of his way to accommodate our request for a late check-out. The location of the house was situated in a lovely neighborhood, it offered a quiet retreat from the the city while being conveniently close to both the Strip and hiking trails. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Vegas area.

Really Beautiful VRBO
The place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Pool table , Foosball and arcade game great for the kids in the morning. TVs a plenty in this house and the outside area is awesome. We didn't get to go in the pool much as it was kinda chilly, but the warmer worked well first few days. Some hiccups after but not a big deal. This rental is still worth it. The owner was great and communicative and helpful the entire stay. We have a family of two adults and three boys 7, 9 and 13. Everyone had their own bedroom too! Would recommend highly when coming to Vegas.

Just very hard and complicating very uncomfortable and unwelcoming
For starters I booked for 8 people and I explained my reason “ family in town for a death/funeral also stated that I would have people over ! host absolutely made everyone feel uncomfortable so the family I booked for went and got hotels almost $1400 wasted was such a horrible time horrible experience especially because we are dealing with a loss and brought it out of town family that flew on a 4hr flight

Lovely house, excellent location. Pool table and rest of game room was excellent fun for everyone. Worked well for extended family of nine with a few air mattresses (we brought). Unusually open house layout, but otherwise very nice. Didn't get to use pool (was to cold in winter) but hot tub was amazing.

Host was very responsive which was a plus. However, we were disappointed with overall cleanliness and general upkeep of the property: When we arrived, there was pet and human hair on the kitchen floor. Host did offer to send cleaner back (which we accepted). The trim and many spots on the wall needed to be touched up with paint, the steps going upstairs were not installed correctly and were almost a hazard, one of the couches upstairs had a lot of stains on it and had buttons missing. To add to the list, there was a lot of junk was in the garage and a hole in the tile by the fridge. We requested for the pool to be heated which was an extra charge (fine by us). However, when we pushed the button for the hot tub to turn on when we arrived, it stopped heating the pool because there was apparently only one heater (unbeknownst to us). This should have been stated to us earlier because it delayed us from swimming for another day and when asked to be reimbursed for one day of the pool charge, we were told “no”. For the size of the house, it may be a bargain. For how much money we spent on 4 nights, we felt it should have been a bit nicer.

Met all our requirements
Our stay was fantastic. The home worked really well for our college roommate reunion. The location was close to grocery stores and great restaurants. The kitchen had all the amenities you needed to cook at home too. Top notch appliances throughout were really appreciate. Great bedding towels and linens. Many areas to gather as a large group …or small. I cannot think of any missing component at this rental. It had it all. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Fantastic host and even assisted us in readying the hot tub temperature from afar!

Oasis in a Great Neighborhood
The pictures of the pool area don't do it justice. The vines on the back wall have filled in and had flowers during our visit giving the area a bit of a tropical vibe. That combined with the covered sitting area and outdoor fans made this the perfect rental for a very hot summer. The gaming room was a hit with the family and the kitchen has everything you could need, including things I've never seen in a rental like a moveable faucet above the stove for filling pots and an air fryer. I will say that other reviewers point out that some of the mattresses are in bad shape, and that is still the case. Being the only negative about this place, it wasn't enough to dampen anyone's enjoyment of such an awesome place to hang out.

We had a great time! Owner of the property was fantastic about answering questions. House was great, clean and spacious. Only complaint is the mattresses in all the rooms , except the master, were awful. Our friends all said they had issues.

4 Bedroom Perfect for the whole Family

Property was well represented in photos and other reviews. Great neighborhood (quick Lyft ride to shopping and the Strip)...and amenities. We were unfortunately there when the weather didn't cooperate with being outside - we paid to have the hot tub on but didn't get to use it. Only feedback matches another review - more blankets and pillows on the beds.

All around great house!
The house was fantastic for our family. It is clean and modern and very spacious. The TVs are huge and the kitchen is beautiful. The house is in a quiet residential area which is conveniently located. We loved the heated pool and spa. Ari was super responsive to all of our questions. On the last day of our trip, it rained and we couldn't do our planned activity. He let us stay in the house an extra few hours which was great. Very happy with our stay here and certainly would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Plenty of room for familes
This property was great. We cooked Christmas dinner in the amazing kitchen. Plenty of room for groups to come together or time apart. The location was great for us. Very convenient to stores and 17 minutes from strip. The house is fully stocked with cooking equipment, spices, towels, etc. The neighborhood was great for walking our dogs and it was family friendly.
