Welcome to a very special place! Just 4 minutes to La Parguera town. Cayo Verde, is a peaceful, spacious property with a beautiful pool. The house has two units; both have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and WIFI. Both units accommodates 20 people, ideal for a big family or group rental. Spacious common area with hammock, pool table, bonfire, boat lot and play area. One acre lot to enjoy. You can rent one unit or both units with a big common kitchen, ask for the price.

We really enjoyed the outdoor area. Everyone played a lot of pool and enjoyed swimming in the built in pool. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped.

Lovely Villa w/ Courtyard and Pool

We stayed as a large group and needed to separate into two groups, so the arrangement of the two casitas was great. The outside living room and separate kitchen were cool to feel like you were outside. Host was very responsive and answered any questions. The location in relation to the small town of La Parguera and groceries in Lajas was great!

Property NEEDS TLC badly has a lot of potential but needs a deep cleaning and maintenance many things in disrepair and not in good condition particularly bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.

Family Gathering

I recently stayed at this incredible vacation rental, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the host was exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and ensured we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The house was equipped with countless amenities to keep everyone entertained. There were numerous games available, perfect for both kids and adults. The rooms were spotless, and the air conditioning in the rooms was excellent, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The pool was a great size, providing ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy the water. We found ourselves spending most of our time here, making the most of the sunny weather. The kitchen was fully equipped with many appliances. Once we stock the fridge with everything our family desired, we didn’t have to worry about leaving the property until checkout. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I can't recommend this place highly enough! Whether you're looking for a place to unwind or have fun with family and friends, this is the spot. We can't wait to return!

La mejor experiencia!

Nos quedamos un grupo de 20 para el fin de semana de accion de gracias. La casa es super comoda. Sus sies cuartos amplios, buen aire acondicionado. Todo muy limpio. Tiene 6 baños, 2 en cada villa y dos abajo. La piscina nos ayudaba a refrescarnos despues de un dia de playa. Por la noche no habian ruidos que interrumpieran nuestras horas de descanso. La cocina es amplia, fresca y muy bien equipada, y se encuentra abajo de la villa #1 . La villa #2 tiene nevera pero no tiene estufa ni microondas. Sugiero un microondas o una hornillita electrica para poder calentar cafe en las mañanas . El check in y el check out sin ningun problema. Lissette fue super amable, siempre estuvo pendiente y mis preguntas fueron contestadas en pocos minutos. En resumen, fué un fin de semana ( de miercoles a domingo) inolvidable. Todos en mi familia queremos regresar. Pudimos compartir como una gran familia. Gracias Lissette! Volveremos a Cayo Verde!

Gorgeous property

Nice large space for family get togethers

Buen espacio para familias grandes y tiene buen terreno. Hay espacio para compartir, jugar y hasta tiene un area para fogatas. La cocina en la area comun fue super util. La propiedad queda a unos 5-10 min de la costa/comunidad de La Parguera. La dueña de la propiedad es muy facil de contactar y responsiva. Sin embargo, la limpieza de las areas comunes y la piscina dejo que desear. Hay bastantes vagones almacenadoes en la propiedad. La propiedad viene con dos perros como accessorios y aunque son inofensivos si esperan comida y podrian ser problema para aquellos que sean alergicos o no le gusten los animales.

Perfect for Families

Perfect size property for families. Well maintained with plenty of activities on site…..pool, pool table, and games. Excellent outdoor living area. All bedrooms have AC. Just minutes from downtown La Parguera. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house and very convenient for big groups

We had a wonderful stay. The property is big and provides basically all that you need.. Parguera village and nearby restaurants are about 5 minutes away by car.. The property owner was very nice and helpful. She took care immediately of a problem one of the apartment had with the hot water. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Great space for large multi-family get togethers

This house was great for what we wanted overall. We had a large family get together that brought together four different family groups with kids of all ages. The shared spaces allowed all the kids and adults to have their space while the adults caught up. We had access to both houses and used the main kitchen downstairs for all cooking. The owner provided everything we needed for basic cooking and even had other tools like a grill or a smoker if you wanted. There was plenty extra towels and linin to support a large group. The washer and dryer helped with the week long stay and bench visits, but did have to disconnect one of the hot water heaters while the dryer was in use. A lessoned learned was to make sure the last one up did a quick check to make sure no trash was downstairs as the neighbors dog and cat like to come around. I had to knock it down a little for the location as we hade about an hour drive to anything that we really wanted to do. However the location did provide quite evenings where we could play music and have fun without having to worry about the neighbors complaining. Overall, we got what we paid for and this was a great value.

AMAZING STAY

We stayed in Lajas for 1 week. There was approximately 25 family members. Lisette was great from start to finish. The house was AMAZING. It had everything to suite our needs.

Awesome stay for the 14 family members! With age variety!

Host was very accesible. Everything was clean and pretty, exactly as shown in pictures. Lots of hang around spaces (hammocks, outside swing, and pool table were the favorites). Everyone- ages 7 to 65+ enjoyed the stay. 20 min drive to Combate. Rooms are upstairs so need to be able to climb stairs with luggage but there’s a full bathroom and an awesome complete kitchen downstairs. Great place for a large group stay.

Family Reunion

The place was excellent. We found everything we were looking for. We enjoyed the indoor activities such as pool table and wood fire. The place is very spacious and we were able to enjoy our family activities. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to prepare our New Year’s Eve meal. Bedrooms were great. Very close to downtown. The host was very friendly and accesible. We definitely recommended the place and will go back!!!

Great long weekend

The house was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It is ideal for a large group such as ours (13 staying) The property is large and private. The large downstairs terrace and kitchen are a big plus. Very short drive away from the main village/ "poblado" We hope to return.
