Modern and wonderful villa close to the beach in Puntacana Resort & Club, housekeeping & CHEF incl.
Unique terrace which is possible to close with removable glasses to admire the sea and golf with the capricious weather in December - March.

Villa consists of 5 suites (5 rooms + 6 bathrooms), family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front golf and sea.

The bigger swimming pool of Tortuga Bay (50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiasts.

Master Bedroom : 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, TV and private balcony with sofa and sea & golf views.

As guest of Luxury Sunshine II. Villa you will be located inside Tortuga Bay, a gated private community inside Puntacana Resort & Club, 5 minutes from the airport.
You will have access to Playa Blanca, La Cana/Casa Club ant the Tennis Club, also to the many restaurants of resort (La Yola, La mare, Bamboo....). Enjoy all the resort has to offer!!

Our villa is staffed with a full time very good CHEF and daily housekeeping. We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but the CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.
Within 10 minutes of the villa you will also find many fabulous restaurants and casual bars for a fun night out.

We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer with the rental. If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.

Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected quests/paid companions will not be approved for access.

Property is 2 minutes of walk to the Casa Club (beach, bar, restaurant and swimming pool) and beach Serena.
Attention to details makes this villa the perfect choose for your vacation.

The best escape.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Francisco went above and beyond to cater to our every need—he truly made us feel at home. The ladies on staff were amazing, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free, welcoming getaway!

Perfection

Let me start by saying, this was the second time we stayed in the owners property. I loved that we had the same staff as last year. From Leny to Oliver to all the staff, they made sure our experience was amazing. We will be returning.

Amazing Punta Cana Home

This home is everything you want in a vacation property and more. The staff was amazing, the home is immaculate and comfortable, lots of amenities and the neighborhood is welcoming and safe. One of the best vacations ever!!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family of 12 enjoyed an amazing week at Sunshine II. The staff were just wonderful and the chef provided amazing meals. Although communication was sometimes a fun challenge our translation app was able to assist with this. We loved the proximity to the beach and clubhouse and the decision to book the golf cart was was perfect. We look forward to a return visit!

Amazing girls trip!

We had 8 women on a birthday trip and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and the staff (chef, 2 house cleaners, and house manager) are wonderful. We felt very pampered. I highly recommend renting a golf cart as we were able to go to the tennis/pickleball courts, clubhouse, and numerous beaches. I also recommend the EcoTour which the house manager can get you discounted tickets for (and you can get to on a golf cart).

TRULY AMAZING

This home and community is fantastic. We were three families traveling together, our first time visiting the DR and had children ranging from 1.5-10. Hotel pickup was smooth, the home was very clean, well kept and well stocked. And most of all comfortable! Having some green space behind the pool for kids to play on was very nice. The in home staff were lovely and flexible. Highly recommend!

Our Week in Beautiful Punta Cana

We had a large family group stay at this beautiful villa in Punta Cana. It could not have been a nicer week. The villa was absolutely wonderful. The chef, Francisco, is outstanding. He eagerly made every effort to accomodate everyone's taste - from a pescaterian to a non-cheese eater to two non-shellfish eaters. His meals were beautifully presented and truly delicious. His two assistants, Keli and Cassandra, were also extremely hardworking and diligent. We loved all the different spaces in the house to relax and refresh, including but not limited to the pool in the back. This was a spectacular week for us, and we hope to return soon!

A New Level of Luxury

OMG it was amazing! 11 ladies in search of an extended long weekend of R&R, laughs and friendship and this property was the PERFECT venue. The house was gorgeous and completely functional for our group. Pool was outstanding with lots of privacy and great views of the golf course. Chef Alla was out of this world incredible - we ate 5-star meals three times a day and the support of Marisol and Laura made us feel like royalty. Taking the golf carts to the ocean and around the community was super fun…and imagine being all alone on the most beautiful beach…truly unheard of. The ONLY feedback we had for Leny (the owner) would to put be a ceiling fan over the dining table and that is it! She was terrific to deal with and couldn’t have been more accommodating. THANK YOU for making this such a memorable vacation! We will be back!!!

Fabulous family vacation

Leny and Oliver were amazing to work with. Best hosts ever. The Sunshine II house was amazing and even better than the pictures show. The layout of the house and patios were perfect for a family vacation. Great seating areas to relax and read, and the pool was awesome too. The chef and housekeepers were so nice and took care of us in every way. They helped us plan menus and taught us about the local cuisine. The Tortuga bay area is also great and we loved the beaches. We had two golf carts and zipped around everywhere. Leny and Oliver helped us know fun things to around Punta Cana. We went deep sea fishing and did a catamaran trip to go snorkeling. They also helped us get a masseuse to come in and do massages which was so convenient to have them come to us. Sometimes I'm skeptical of reviews, but this was an amazing experience and I will absolutely stay here again. Leny and Oliver are great people and amazed us in every way.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our stay at Luxury Sunshine II in Punta Cana Resort and Club was August 2-8. Our first impressions were, WOW!!! It is a beautiful house and met all our expectations and more. The staff, Anthony (chef) and Marisol and Mari (house Staff) were absolutely the best. They spoiled us every minute of our stay. The staff surprised us with a decorated birthday celebration for our son's 22nd birthday. I cannot express how pampered we felt. Everything about the house was wonderful. The ease of getting around the property on the golf cart was great. Manuel, the house manager could not be more accommodating to our needs. The amount of fresh food everyday was overwhelming. The resort area and beaches were pristine. The staff was waiting for our arrival with wonderful appetizers and refreshing drinks pool side. They continued to treat us like kings thru out our stay. The rooms and beds were so comfortable. Anyone who chooses to stay will not be disappointed. Thank-you to Manuel, Anthony, Marisol and Mari. Cannot express enough gratitude for such a wonderful time.

Fantastic. Great for families

An amazing stay. Weather was perfect. View from the house of driving range and ocean was beautiful. Pool was large and great for swimming all day. The house is great for two families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (5-13 age range) and it was more than enough space. Foosball table outside was a bit dated but made for some nice games during the break from the sun. Short golf cart ride to beach and club pool, which we used a couple days to mix things up. The best part though- the chef (Modesto) and two house keepers (Camela and Eyebelesa). Hopefully spelled their names correctly. The food was outstanding. A mix of American breakfast and Dominican lunch and dinner. Every meal was excellent. And more food than we could eat! and without asking they brought us frozen drinks during the day while we were lounging at the pool for adults and kids. The house was kept clean and they were so nice throughout the trip. It really was a magical vacation. Would love to stay again! Only negatives were the water pressure in two of the rooms was quite low and two of the tvs wouldn’t connect to Netflix or YouTube. Not a big deal. Overall, awesome food, great pool and house and fantastic people making food and assisting us.

AWESOMENESS - TREATED LIKE FAMILY

Property Managers Lenny and Oliver were incredible - great communication, flexible with our large family of 17,and just extremely nice people! When we arrived Lenny and House manager Manuel greeted us with a special bottle of champagne - didn't expect that - what an amazing touch to make all of us feel special! Manuel and Lenny arranged and picked up flowers for me to give to my wife on our anniversary - they were attentive to our every need! Our Chef Francisco, and his assistants Kayla and Cassandra were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and SPECIAL. These three worked tirelessly all day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - they were all so AWESOME and SPECIAL - they became our FAMILY - We Miss Them Dearly!!! Chef Francisco is extremely talented - All meals were excellent, tasty, creative, and made to our wishes! The property is EXCELLENT, AMAZING VIEWS, LOCATION, and GREAT SECURITY! After two weeks we did not want to leave, our time was AWESOME and AMAZING because of the SPECIAL people we got to know - Lenny, Oliver, Manuel, Chef Francisco, Kayla, and Cassandra we MISS YOU ALL!!! An Unforgettable Dominican Getaway

I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the exceptional team who made our stay truly unforgettable: Chef Francisco, and the delightful housekeepers Francia and Kayla, the house manager Manuel and our driver Leandro. Chef Francisco’s culinary skills were a true highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious and showcased the vibrant flavors and unique tastes of the Dominican cuisine. His talent shone through in every bite. His attention to detail, presentation, and the way he accommodated dietary restrictions truly elevated our dining experience.Francia and Kayla, the housekeeping staff, deserve special recognition for their dedication to providing a pristine environment. Their friendly demeanor and discreet service ensured that we felt relaxed throughout our stay. The property itself was a haven of tranquility and beauty. The only thing that disturbed us were a few cockroaches but we understood that this was because we had to keep the doors open due to there being no AC in the main living areas. Other than that, everything was meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail in the design and furnishings was remarkable.Our family trip to this property in Punta Cana was an experience beyond compare. We cannot recommend this property enough, and we eagerly anticipate the day we can return.

Wonderful Two Weeks

Five couples shared this villa for two weeks at the end of February. The villa was as advertised and it is beautiful with 5 master suites. The beds were comfortable and the weather was nice everyday. We enjoyed the pool and it was a short walk to the beach by way of the golf cart path. Towels and beach chairs were provided at the beach. Golf carts were available at an additional charge but we only used the smaller one due to some of our group that had difficulty with walking. The golf course looked nice but none of our group played during our stay. Francisco the chef prepared three delicious meals a day and the staff helped with serving, keeping the villa clean and anything else that we needed. Their English is not very good but one of our group was familiar with Spanish and we also used Google translator. We felt like friends when we had to leave. The property manager met us at arrival but it was a bit difficult to coordinate things with him as he just didn't seem to be as available as we would have liked. While a bit of an inconvenience, this did not hamper the trip at all. Transportation was provided to and from the airport and this made the short trip to the villa enjoyable. We were happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

BEST beach villa getaway! Sunshine Villa is a MUST!

If you are hesitating to stay at Sunshine Villa, hesitate no more. This house is the PERFECT place for friends and family to vacation together. The proximity to the beach, access to other areas within the resort, and the exceptionally talented staff at the house make it a no brainer. 12 friends stayed at this property and we absolutely loved it. We were warmly greeted the second we arrived. Chef Eddie, Kayla, Kassandra, and the house manager Manuel made us feel so at home. Chef Eddie prepared some amazing meals (we still dream about the french toast). Kayla and Kassandra made drinks for us, kept the house clean, and made sure new towels were stocked each day. It felt as if we were at an all inclusive hotel but better since we could all stay in the same place. The other reviews are accurate with their depiction of the AC. AC is only present in the bedrooms and not in the common spaces, the main bedroom did not get as cold as the others. This was not an issue for us as we spent most of our time outdoors. We highly recommend taking advantage of the golf carts and exploring the gated community. Definitely be sure to ask Leny for the property manager's contact information as he was the main point of contact once we arrived. Manuel is the BEST! I had seen another review that said they did not receive this and regretted it as it caused delays with questions. Overall this is truly such a beautiful home in a gorgeous community. I will most definitely be staying here again!

This is my 2nd trip to one of this owners properties. This is a top tier property. The services are exceptional. They are aware and can work with food allergies which is highly appreciated. Another great stay! Hosts are excellent and very responsive. You can’t go wrong here.

Great Stay, Location and friendly staff

Overall our stay was great. I stayed here with 5 of my girlfriends. It is very close to the country club beach club and super close to additional beach clubs as well. The staff was extremely friendly and the chef cooked great food. We did have a little issue with the AC in some of the rooms the first night but luckily the property manager/ owner were very responsive and got it fixed for us. The only thing I wish I got was a property tour when I arrived but otherwise really great stay. Would recommend this villa.

We had a great time at this house and loved all the space we had! The language barrier was a bit tricky to manage but Google translate helped a bit. Anything we needed or asked about was promptly taken care of. Everyone was so very kind!

Family getaway to Punta Cana

I had work colleague stay here and recommend. Place is spacious and well appointed. Kids enjoyed pool and proximity to beach. We stayed in early May, so relatively quiet was great and didn’t have to book in advance for local activities like tennis and there were plenty of free chairs down at the beach. We felt little isolated without the use of the golf carts. They are available for an extra fee. Beach is close enough to walk in 10 mins with kids. Lack of uber means you have to plan your trips to supermarket or get Manuel (house manager) to go on your behalf. He was very obliging, but don’t expect 1-2 hour turnaround.

Absolutely wonderful trip

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at sunshine Villa. The best part obviously is not having to cook and clean up after three meals a day, especially with a group of 11. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well.. The staff were all very kind. The trip to Ojos indigenas was worthwhile. Our group had a lot of fun swimming in the pool, swinging on the swings, and going to the beach. We had hot water for showers, which was appreciated. The pool is about 4.5 feet deep, which is just a little bit deep for me to stand in while holding kids, but they had fun playing in the shallow areas. There were beach toys, and pool floats. We rented a golf cart for the week, and I would recommend it (at least with young kids). We hope to return next year!
