Welcome to my home !

I have the pleasure to welcome you in my charming apartment of 66 square meters, with 2 terraces and located in Cannes.
It will be suitable for a tourist stay and can accommodate 4 people. You will stay at 8 minutes walk from downtown and 12 minutes from the Croisette, which is the emblematic promenade of Cannes!

## Logement
My accommodation can accommodate 4 people and you can come with friends or family!
It is composed of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a cosy living room with a television to relax after an intense day. You will also have access to 2 terraces, one with garden furniture and the other with a table and chairs that will be very appreciated in summer!
On either side of the living room there is a large bedroom with a double bed, closet and terrace and an adjoining shower room with toilet. And a bedroom with 2 single beds, closet and terrace. Near the entrance there is another shower room with toilet.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: air conditioning, a private parking space, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, fan, microwave, oven, iron.

You will stay at 8 minutes walk from the city center where you will find everything you need: Bars, restaurants, stores, museums, casinos...
Visit the must-see places in Cannes such as: The Croisette (12 minutes walk), where you will find beautiful beaches, luxury stores and trendy establishments; The Palais des Festivals (14 minutes), the Old Port and the Quai Saint-Pierre (15 minutes).

Visit also the famous Suquet district (10 minutes by car) and discover: the Castre museum, the square tower, the Notre-Dame de l'Espérance church, the iron mask tower and the famous Rue Saint-Antoine.
You can also go on an adventure and discover other cities of the French Riviera, such as: Nice (43 minutes by car), Antibes (28 minutes), Juan les Pins (23 minutes), Monaco (53 minutes)...

You will find several shops close to the apartment such as a Monop' at 10min walk open until midnight, an Intermarché EXPRESS Cannes and Drive at 5 minutes, and a Lidl at 3 minutes.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

Cannes is a city in the South of France located on the French Riviera, famous for its world famous film festival. The Croisette is the emblematic place of the city, along the Mediterranean Sea, and many stores and restaurants will welcome you with pleasure! The city is known for its cleanliness, safety and quality of life. The climate, the beaches and the fresh air make it a popular place all year round; in summer, many tourists flock to the Palais des Festivals beach, the Casino or the lively streets. Opposite Cannes is the Île Sainte Marguerite, ideal for a day trip by boat.
