Residence: The Les Balcons du Soleil residence is located at the entrance to the Peyragudes resort on the Peyresourde side, on the Balestas plateau. Facing the valley, it benefits from a magnificent view of the mountain range and the Louron valley. Close to the slopes, ski lifts, and shops, this residence is the ideal place to spend a pleasant family vacation. Free outdoor parking is at your disposal



Accommodation: Apartment (level 2, approx. 35m2), with balcony or terrace located in the Balcons du Soleil residence, 400 meters from the slopes. Access to the slopes provided by a free shuttle and return on skis via a blue slope accessible to all. Bedroom with 1 double bed and cabin with 1 90cm bunk bed (sleeps 2, high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). Living room with 2 90cm sofa beds and television. Kitchenette equipped with 4 electric hotplates, an oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Independent ski locker on the ground floor. Possibility of having wifi access in the apartment (paying) Services on request to be paid on site: bed or bathroom linen rental, underground parking, animal tax, end-of-stay cleaning, baby cot, high chair, wifi box... The summer/winter advantage: Free and unlimited access to Spassio: pool opening to the west through large bay windows which provide a very beautiful view of the Peyragudes ski area.
