Welcome to the perfect beach bungalow with direct boardwalk access to the 3.5 miles of unspoiled Seabrook Island beaches. Wake up and enjoy the ocean breezes from the large deck that spans the side of the home and provides awesome outdoor living space. Conveniently located next to Boardwalk 4 (no stairs on boardwalk).
4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a loft easily accommodate 10. The center of the home focuses on a great room with exposed beams, sectional sofa, soaring ceiling, Smart HDTV, and spiral staircase to the open loft. The loft is large with vaulted ceiling, Smart HDTV, ceiling fan and access to an upper deck. There is a queen bed and a futon couch (suitable for child or adult under 5' tall) in the loft for additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked and brightened by a wall of windows. A second refrigerator is provided for extra space for food and beverages. A small breakfast area has a table with seating for 4. The adjacent dining room has a large table with 8 additional chairs. This open floor plan is highlighted by sliding doors that lead to the wonderful deck with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table, and a propane grill.
The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. A sliding glass door gives access to the deck. The en suite master bath has a soaking tub, pedestal sink, and walk in shower. The second bedroom has another king bed, Smart HDTV, and an en suite bath with walk in shower. Two additional guest rooms share a full hall bath with a shower. The 3rd guest room has a queen bed with Smart HDTV, and the 4th room has a queen bed with twin bunk over top and a Smart HDTV. There is a loft over the dining area with a queen size bed and futon for a child.
This home offers wonderful outdoor living space with the front porch and expansive decking. You'll love the direct boardwalk access that will have you down to the beach in no time. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off those sandy toes. When you're not at the beach, pool, on the golf course or tennis courts, there are ping pong and foosball tables, cornhole, and board games/jigsaw puzzles at the house to keep you entertained. Up to (2) dogs are welcome with additional fees per pet added.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
