**As far as the apartment features, things are looking pretty good:**

- A bright living room, with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people, directly opening to the beautiful terrace facing West, so you can enjoy cocktails while admiring the sunsets over the Riviera. Sure to please everyone.

- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals, or just to make great coffee with the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

- A first bedroom with a comfy king size bed, a roomy closet/dressing and a groovy flat-screen TV.

- A second bedroom with to single beds, perfect of kids of all ages (or adults who like their own space).

- A bathroom with shower and some really nice tile work along with other cool stuff.

- Separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either...).

Less than 12 minutes on foot from the center of Cannes and 4 minutes from the famous Croisette.
A 2-minute walk to a shopping street with everything for your daily needs (small grocery stores, bakeries, butcher shop, deli, etc...).

**AND AS A BONUS**

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps in your street, the Boulevard Eugène Tripet, you will be able to enjoy the following activities within less than nine and a half minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques in the famous Rue d’Antibes.

Stroll along the no-less famous Croisette and if you want, either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats.

Sip a cocktail like a movie star at the terrace of the Carlton hotel (and maybe see a movie star or two).

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a convention. (20 minutes on foot)

Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (time depends on your legs and feet).

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
