Welcome to Cimarron Townhome #7, the perfect family retreat. This multi-level townhome boasts 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a private hot tub and room to spread out. Even better, the home is just a hop, skip and a jump from the slopes and bike trails of the Steamboat Ski Area. The main level has soaring ceilings and abundant natural light from the giant windows. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family meal or simply heat up a meal from one of Steamboat's great restaurants. Spread out at the large dining table and breakfast bar. After the kids are tucked in, enjoy some time around the gas firepit on the deck or soak in the hot tub. There is a private garage with space to park 1 vehicle plus tons of room for all of your gear and boots. The garage is heated and some guests park outside and use it as another hanging out space since there is a ping pong table and dart board. The home has free WiFi, a washer and dryer and more space to park in the driveway.

Cimarron Townhomes is a luxury community of homes just a few blocks from the slopes. During this coming ski season, the property will be offering a looping shuttle to and from the ski area from 8:00am - 10:00am and again from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. The afternoon loop will also include a stop at the grocery store in Central Park Plaza. The community also features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. You will check-in at the home itself where the property manager will assist you. We'd love to welcome you to your Steamboat "home away from home" at Cimarron #7.

Please note: The Cimarron HOA does not allow stays for Sports Team events. If you are travelling for Triple Crown, Soccer or Lacrosse, please contact us for other options.

Parking Information: This home has space for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway. No campers, trailers, RVs, boats etc are permitted to park on the property per HOA rules. You are responsible for finding alternative parking arrangements for any additional vehicles.

This place is beautiful and spacious

This place is beautiful and spacious. Hot tub and grill on the deck are especially great. Property manager walks you through the house on check-in to make sure using house amenities is easy (ie. sound system and fire place). Highly recommend this spot!

Amazingly beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It had plenty of space for our family, was well equipped to include a nice grill and fire pit on the balcony and a lofted 2nd living space complete with a vintage Pac-Man game…a big hit! It was comfortable and met every need! The pool is steps out the front door and the home is located just minutes from downtown. What a great location!!

Wonderful Property, Clean, Comfy, Accommodating

Friends and I lodged at this beautiful property for 5 days during a recent stay in Steamboat Springs. The property is very well maintained. It's well suited for groups traveling. There are three levels and spaces throughout to lounge ensuring that everyone can sneak away to their own area for peace if required. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices and any appliance you'd need to cook or bake. The wifi signal is very good in every area of the home. The balcony is well suited to hang out and lounge, grill or spend time in the hot tub. The property manager, Jon was wonderful. He was available to us prior to arriving and during our stay ensuring all questions were answered and that we were well taken care of. The check-in process was quick and smooth. Included with the rental is a shuttle service that takes you anywhere in town you need to go. The property is a short walk from the base of the mountain for skiing, there's a small grocer and many restaurants. I look forward to returning to Steamboat Springs and hopefully lodging at this property in the future.

Ski Trip

Great property! The private Cimarron shuttle runs every 5-10 minutes during the day that takes you directly to the base of the mountain. Less than a 5 minute walk to the base of the mountain and ski rental facilities as well if you don't want to take the shuttle. We loved the private hot tub on the back deck after a long day skiing. Would rent this property again.

Beautiful property in lovely Steamboat!

We gathered as a family for the first time all together since lockdown and this house was the perfect spot for all seven adults and four kids. The house is beautiful and very well appointed and had plenty of space for all of us. The hot tub on the deck got a lot of use and it was great to have the swimming pool for the kids as it was hot that weekend. The loft upstairs was also a favorite for the kids to hang out as was the fabulous bunk room. John, the property manager, was very helpful and easy to work with, as was Tara prior to our arrival. Thanks for everything! We hope to be back!

Great property and great location! The unit was accurately described and the photos match the actual unit. Very close to Steamboat base. Shorty 5-min walk to gondola square. Great communication from property manager. I definitely look forward to staying at this unit again on future visits to Steamboat.

Wedding Party Weekend

This place was perfect. It was so close to everything. It was the perfect place for everyone to come together and spend some time together as a group. Had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend and was in the perfect place. Absolutely recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable, responsive!

The property is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! Our kids really loved the bunk bed room and the arcade was a hit with the kids and adults. We were lucky that the hot tub was installed and ready during our first day so we were able to test it out multiple times. We even tested out the community (heated) pool and hot tub one evening. The location is convenient - about a 10 minute walk to the base of the mountain. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful anytime we had a question. I would highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful, beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Cimarron 7! The condo was beautiful and the kids loved the redone bunk beds and especially the arcade game(adults too). The new hot tub was great and we even tried out the community pool and hot tub one night! The ski base was a nice 10 minute walk. The property manager was super helpful with any questions we had. Overall a great place and we would definitely stay here again!

Cimarron is a unique community located close to the base of the ski area. You get plenty of private space and don't feel cramped like you do in some of the ski condos. Its also a newer and more modern property than some of the condo buildings around Steamboat. The ski season shuttle makes things really easy and the community pool is a nice touch.

Even during social distancing, you can still enjoy a soak in the private hot tub. We have a cool vintage arcade game in the loft and a ping pong table and dartboard in the heated garage. Really a great place for a big family to spread out and not feel cramped.
