In an exceptional environment and close to cycle paths and the ocean, the Villa SWEETLANDES is located at the end of a dead end on a beautiful landscaped walled garden of over 1500m2, with view and direct access towards the forest.
Its exteriors include a large heated swimming pool (12*5), secured by an electric rolling shutter, an outdoor shower, two large terraces, one of which is sheltered by an electric awning, all the furniture (plancha, tables, deckchairs, etc.) for your meals or rest as well as sports equipment to have fun (ping-pong, 3 bikes, morey boards, portable football goals, etc.).
Inside, the Villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 3 bathrooms, 3 WCs and beds for 11 persons.
The Villa is very well equipped and has all the comfort you need to fully enjoy your vacation (crockery, household appliances, several fridges, sound system, fireplace...). It contains Wifi and air conditioning.
Beautiful high ceilings, the main living room consists of a dining area, a lounge with fireplace and an open-plan kitchen, bathed in light from its wide bay windows overlooking the terraces and gardens.
It contains a large mezzanine (40mÂČ) including a TV lounge area, a 1.80m double bed and an office area.
The Villa has a master bedroom (bed 1.80m) with its own bathroom and WC, 3 other bedrooms (beds 1.60m), one of which has a small mezzanine and an additional bed (0.90m bed), 2 other shower rooms and 2 other WCs (one in a seperate room et one in a bathroom) .
This property is ideal for spending family holidays in Landes, in a natural and very quiet environment, while being close to the ocean, the city center and the cycle path.
