This two bedroom, two bath direct oceanfront condo at the Paki Maui has an amazing view of the gorgeous Maui Sunsets and the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. This great West Maui location is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and shopping!. Perfect for a romantic couple getaway or for a fun filled family vacation!
ABOUT THE CONDO..
Paki Maui 221 is a corner unit located in the center of the building and provides direct oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and family room. This 2nd floor, single-level floor plan offers 1,082 square feet of living space. From your two PRIVATE lanai's, you can see the neighboring island of Molokai and if you come during the winter months (mid-December-April) you can view the whales right from your lanai! Turtles, spinning dolphins, rainbows and unforgettable Maui sunsets can be seen year-round.
This condo can accommodate up to six (6) guests' comfortably. Sleeping arrangements include a KING size bed in the master bedroom, private lanai and bathroom; the guestroom provides a queen and if additional sleeping arrangements are needed the. sofa in the living area provides a full/queen size sleeper.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals at home with stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and basic small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender and a toaster. The living area furnishings include a dining table for six (6); sofa with 2 chairs, flat screen TV and it's own private lanai. Paki Maui Resort doesn't allow air conditioners to be installed. However, ceiling fans have been placed throughout the condo to help provide air flow. The unit provides FREE PARKING, WIFI, basic cable, and a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath supplies to help get you started for your stay.

From your two PRIVATE lanai's, you can see the neighboring island of Molokai and if you come during the winter months (mid-December-April) you can have a front row seat for whale watching right from your lanai! ABOUT THE PROPERTY..
The tropical grounds of Paki Maui includes an ocean front grassy lawn area between the building and the ocean. It's just perfect for sunbathing with lounge chairs and tables to help you relax. From the lawn area there are 5 or 6 steps that lead you to protected waters - ideal for snorkeling, and swimming. During your snorkeling experience, you may see the magnificent Giant Sea Turtles, and many tropical fish and colorful coral. There is a gated heated pool and Jacuzzi area; and a sundeck with lounge chairs. You may choose to barbecue your meals on one of the two gas BBQ grills in the pool/cabana area or you can use the charcoal grills located in the lawn area, oceanside (you will need to pick up your own charcoal). Many of our guests consider the BBQ's on the lawn area to be the "Gathering Place" where you can meet and enjoy chatting some of the other guests and residents. The beach area out front comes and goes based on the tides. Many guests' swim and snorkel right here, but if you are looking for a walkable beach, you have several to choose from, all just a few minutes away! North Ka'anapali beach is the closest about a 1/2 of a mile away.

Paki Maui is centrally located in West Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua, where you can experience the world-class beaches and golf courses. We are also within minutes of a variety of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, fish market and the farmers market. The farmer's market is a great place that provides local fruit and vegetables, as well as organic foods and the fish market has great food!
