- These are THREE separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 30/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of USD 25/night/unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

- Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost (for 2 cars per unit).
