This 900sf unit features:
- 2 Double beds in the bedroom;
- LIVING ROOM with a COUCH (not a sofa bed);
- DINING AREA with a table for 4;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator;
- Housekeeping services ($95 per service plus 7% tax);
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, and glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!

THE PROPERTY

- Metered PUBLIC PARKING lot is located only 2 blocks away, it is free from 6 pm until 8 am and $1/hour during the day. Please read the meter before leaving the car since the price can change during the holiday and special events.
- At this time, wearing face coverings is not mandatory, but we encourage our guests to use them for their safety and the safety of others;
- The swimming pool (unheated) is open from 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM;
- Beach access is open for guests;
- The towel is available 1 per person/ chair at the pool on is first come first serve basis.
- 2 Beach chairs per reservation and a Beach towel is available 1 per person;
- Umbrellas are not complimentary, umbrellas are available for $18 per use;
- The fitness center is open from 07:00 AM - 11:00 PM, a maximum of 5 guests are allowed;
- The daily housekeeping is suspended but can offer replenishment upon request;
- The restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday only from 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: The pickle ball / tennis court will be permanently closed and it’ll not be included in the resort fees.

PARKING:
- Self-parking is available(parking slot reservation is not required in advance) and costs USD 40 per day.
