PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.

Come stay in our charming townhome that features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms open kitchen concept, barbecue and a private pool.

Our home is very well located in Bella Vida Resort with short walking distance to the club house, where you will find community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball and kids playground.

Ground Floor
The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 50 inch TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ. There are also a half bathroom on ground floor.

Dining table seats 5 and another two at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.
