Our home is conveniently located in the historic Kitty Hawk beach. Many local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and local attractions are nearby. We came in town for a wedding. This was a nice place to get away and relax. Loved the beach views from the kitchen table and couch. Home was very clean and everything was as described. We were able to see the sunrise 3 mornings which was beautiful. We would definitely come back!

The home was very clean and literally steps from the ocean. We had a family wedding in a nearby town and decided to stay a few extra days at the beach. Beautiful views from the deck to enjoy your morning coffee! Hot tub was very clean as well.

The house was extremely neat, clean, and organized. It is in a beautiful location with the most amazing sunrises. We stayed with two young children and found it very accommodating to their needs as well.

We had a wonderful few days at this property! It was just as listed and is in a great location directly on the beach. Just a short walk up over the dune each morning to the ocean. The morning view from the decks is amazing. Evenings in the hot tub are the perfect way to end the day. We hope to visit again next summer.

Our group was women in their 60's having a girls trip. The location was perfect. We arrived at the tail end of hurricane Erin and although we couldn't swim, we still had a wonderful time. The upper deck is perfect for sunrise watching and coffee with whip cream. We took a morning to see the wild horses. It was a great time. I highly recommend this place. Clean, roomie enough for our group and the owners were easy to communicate with and helpful in deciding conditions due to the hurricane. We can't determine the weather but Joanna made it possible to determine if it was safe. Had a wonderful time!!

Can't Beat The Ocean View

Absolutely perfect location right on the beach. Wake up and gaze at the ocean from your bedroom. Have a cup of coffee on the deck and enjoy the ocean view. A climb over the dune and you're on the beach. The house has all a small family would need with a well-equipped kitchen, multiple smart TVs, Wi-Fi, Hot Tub, and Picnic Table. Comfortable beds, included linens and towels made for an easy stay. House was clean and outside road noise was minimal. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Escape to Paradise

This property was better than the description! Beautiful house on the beach that has breathtaking views. Nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee, on a spacious deck, as a pod of wild dolphins swim by. Property manager was very kind and answered any and all questions promptly.

Great location, amazing sunrise

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Sunrise Paradise. The name suits it well. The house was clean and met our needs. I usually prepare a few meals at "home" and found that some of the kitchen supplies (pans, etc) need to be updated. It was a relaxing vacation and the proximity to the ocean was exactly what we were looking for.

Everything you need

This house had everything we needed and the host was extremely accommodating. The access to the beach was our favorite part followed by the evening hot tub soaks. Comfortably slept 6 adults and would definitely return!

We loved being right on the beach! The location was fantastic. The owner responded quickly when we had a minor issue with WiFi and cable. We will definitely be returning to OBX!

Beach Front Vacation

We loved the house and the location. Property managers were awesome. I highly recommend the house for anyone wanting a beachfront house. Well worth the price and the house has all you need to make it your home away from home for your vacation stay.

Fantastic Escape!

Great location, right on the beach, and close to everything. House was very warm and inviting. New dishwasher was a delight. Would definitely rent again, owner was super quick in responding and a pleasure to work with.

Lovely home

This house is the perfect size for about 6 people. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are 3 showers (including the outdoor shower which is in great shape). The house was immaculately clean. We lost wifi at one point and the property manager promptly called us back to help restore it.The kitchen is well-stocked. You will find everything you need. It is a PLUS to have linens and beach towels included. Most especially, the view is AMAZING!This is our 23 year staying in Kitty Hawk, but our first at this house and we would definitely come back!Please note: there are dunes that you must climb to get to the ocean, but that is the case all through OBX in order to preserve the beach. Also, about 4 beach chairs are provided. You will need to bring more if you have 6 guests and you might want to bring an umbrella since it get can too hot on the beach some days.

Great for our family

We enjoyed our stay. We ran into a couple of snags but they were there fixing the issues quickly. The place fit all 6 of us comfortably. It’s on the beach so just a quick walk over the dunes and you’re there. Beautiful view from top deck. Had everything we could possibly need and the owner was very responsive. I feel we will be back next year.

First OBX trip

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and our first beach house. We usually stay in hotels but wanted something different. This house did not disappoint! The house was clean, communication was good, and right on the beach. This house had everything we needed! Would stay here again.

Great House…Beautiful Beach

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s bigger than it looks. Everything was clean and neat. Brand new fridge and stove. Wi-Fi was simple to hook up but who cares anyway? You are right there…smack dab on a sandy beach. Get off your phone and enjoy the decks and ocean.You have to climb a small dune to get to the beach. But, the house is literally on the beach.Daily dolphin sightings.Beautiful sunrises. Located close to shops and restaurants.You can’t beat the price.Definitely coming back!

Excellent Property

The home and location are fantastic. The house isn't perfect cosmetically but I have yet to find one in OBX that is. It had everything we needed except for one thing (keurig coffee maker). Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. The a/c on the first floor wasn't working properly but someone had already been called, arrived promptly, were very friendly and got it taken care of quickly.The location was perfect. The beach was just over the dune with easy access. Every place we wanted to go was within a 15 minute drive. The hot tub was great and all contact with the host was very speedy and courteous.I would definitely consider renting this home again. Our family had a great time!
